He called Italy immediately to get my order in with his regular summer order. I knew these were custom made and expected a long wait. But what I didn't expect was the wonderful, regular updates I received including when it was loaded on a ship, when the ship arrived in Long Beach and when his order of pots arrived including mine with a photo! It was packed extremely well as it is 90lbs. I couldn't be happier. Jacopo even messaged me when UPS delivered it to make sure I got it. No matter what your interest, this shop is exceptional.
