They lost my Federal and State documents. Made a report to USPS about this specific location, though I doubt it'll do much good from the look of all the reviews.

I'm kind of blown away by all the negative reviews for this post office, considering that I've personally been here twice and never had a bad experience. I also know that Post offices, like any government service, tend to be the go-to for rants about inefficiency and bad experiences, so let me be the first to offer them a glowing review. Both times I have been here were for mailing packages. It's a spacious building with plenty of parking that never gets too busy because there isn't quite the population in this area to ever make that so. The postal folks have always been friendly and always done their job right. As far as the basic functions of the service, I have always gotten my packages to where they need to be through this branch. Say what you will about the post office in general. I say it's a service we take for granted and that includes the folks who put up with the steady stream of grumpy customers and their bs.

Reading all the reviews and simply put, this PO is located in a one horse town with a broke back mountain mentality full of PECKERWOODS and Inbreds. I've have patronize this place once and the Filipino postal worker that attended to my needs was customer serviced orientated.

I dont ever post reviews but felt like I needed to. This post office sends every one of my packages back to the sender. At least 10 of mine.

Normally I have not ever had a problem with anyone at the post office, today was the exception to the rule. I called to find out what time my carrier would be delivering the mail because I had a package that was placed in a box that the key does not work and have not worked for years and have been reported. The carrier I understand is new and might not know, thats understandable. I wanted to find out around what time would the carrier be in the area so I can meet her at the box to get my package, I called a little after 8:30am, not aware that the post office did not open until 9:00. Amber answered the phone was very mean, told me she was not from California and was a very direct person, she was very rude and very unprofessional, but in today days world its all about the worker and not the customer. I had to go to the post office in person, when talking to Beverly Amber came out and started talking non-stop. I agree with the other comnents , the workers are very unfriendly, grumpy and seen unhapoy that they are employed. IT'S TODAY'S WORLD

Repeatedly our packages are marked as delivered when they never were. We are home watching the box twice now when the delivered message came in with no delivery.

I called in complaints 4 times to the 800 number about the carrier at South Rancho Murieta CA, she has held my mail for no reason saying, lying to the postmaster that my mailbox is overfull, in which it isn't. I've complained to the postmaster he does not recommend her. Today when I confronted her she cursed at me. Is this the kind of carrier we want delivering our mail, this whole occurrence has placed much stress on my well-being. What is my next step can anyone share with me.

More than a few times our lazy carrier will mark packages delivered and take them back to the office. Just to avoid a 2 mile rural drive.

It's unfortunate that this place has no customer service at all, and if you question them a individual gets all rude and give a large amount of attitude. I have order several items that was dropped off her and amazon confirmed this and the package has mysteriously gone missing. Finally I have sent a complaint to amazon which open an investigation and email and usps and told them about experiences each time and they said they also would be looking into this matter. Also they never deliver packages and tell me that they need to be picked up at the usps store because the contractor will not deliver them to house .
