Excellent staff in almost every position! Kudos to Armand for handling all positions in shooting & archery! Santa's brother and Elf actors (and I am easily embarrassed by poor actors) were excellent! The preserved craftsmanship of the real log buildings is excellent, the hardscaping and landscaping (even if a bit beaten by patrons) is considerately and very expertly done. The bakery and coffee shop offerings were quality.Music sound track is pleasant and enhances the experience. My only criticism is that ice skate edges could have been better maintained to increase enjoyment of the experience. We will return. Our almost 3 year old granddaughter had an excellent time and we made awesome memories!

Didn't go there as the holidays were almost over but definitely going there next Christmas. I can remember going there when I was a kid. My grandkids are gonna love it.

Long story short. This park isn’t really made for little ones under 5 and even that’s a stretch. It is a lovely facility and during the holiday season visiting Santa’s village is great. But considering the price and how little there is to do for young kids is what kind of ruined it. I will say that the food we had around the park was great for amusement park food.Parking was easy. Restrooms are clean. Getting around the park was fairly quick. Don’t forget to sign your waivers online if you go. My kids loved the few shows available and the playgrounds. We’d go back in 4 years when the kids are older.

Everyone here was friendly and nice, I never reminds me of the friendliness of the employees at Disneyland, well done you guys

Shockingly expensive ($89+ for teens and adults). With comparable prices to Disneyland, this was not worth it for our family of four.

I found this. I took off one star because it was used. But then I put the star back because I figured I could cut off the used part, and it would still be good.

It's an overpriced little attraction place for little kids only. Teenagers lost their interest within the first hour. The shops are mediocre with cheap merchandise. We tried the Bar for some drinks, and everything they made wasn't really good. The employees trying to help each other actually made it worse. It's probably the first and last time we will ever visit this place.

Had so many things to do and had an ice skating rink. The drive there was great and had beautiful views. Overall, it was great experience there.

In all the years I've been alive (and lived in SoCal), this is the first time I've been here. I know it's not the original Santa's village, but I'm certain this is a thousand times better.Prices are high... Crazy high, but there's no limit on what you can do here or for how long. Want to axe throw? Unlimited time. How about archery, also unlimited. Rock climbing? Unlimited. The problem is, this is really geared towards younger kids. My kids are teens and didn't have a bad time, but this place isn't for them. There's enough to do for about 4 or 5 hours, but beyond that, meh. It's mega convenient though, 45 minutes from home, about the same distance to Disney or Knott's.We ate at the lunchbox inside the park. It was... Fantastic. Maybe we were just overly hungry, but dang, GREAT food. We also saw a celebrity when inside, Patrick Renna (Ham from the sandlot)! Didn't say anything though, he was with his family and I imagine didn't want to be bothered.Overall, glad we went, but take smaller kids. It's definitely for them.

The zip line was completely booked for the day 30 min. After park opening. Most rides are for children under 7 or 8. Dessert store was 80% out of cookies. Too much money for little to do.Disappointed.

All the good activities were shut down when we came the food was awful, and had to ask for money back because the kids could not even eat it. I would not suggest it to anybody. With that being said, I saw a lot of families that were having fun. maybe if you rode bikes up here it would be a different story. Also, a very expensive entry fee then with tons of shops to spend more money in my opinion, it should be free to enter and only charge for the activities you want to go on.
