Customer Service is horrible. I was charged $255 for an oil change. When I called the shop about the results of my car, the other worker refused to answer my questions. Manager never told me what kind of diagnostic test he ran to confirm I needed a Rod Bearing to be fixed. Never going back there again.

My 2019 Honda civic was running funny after getting an oil change at the dealership. My car kept stalling while driving it and smoke was coming out of the motor and from the back of the car. I took my car to one mechanic in Sun Valley which someone had referred me to but they said they could not find anything wrong with my car. So I picked up my car and low and behold the problem kept occurring. My daughter referred me to Gevik at Yosemite Auto and he told me to bring my car in so he could take a look at it. He had checked my car's oil and was shocked to find out that the dealership had filled my oil 5x the limit. He said I was lucky that I didn't blow my engine driving it around like that. Thank you Gevik for your trusted service! You have won a loyal customer today and I will be sure to be back with any and all my car needs and issues. God bless!

I can't even begin to express how positive my experience with Lee at Yosemite Auto Body Shop was. I had 3 major body work areas on my car that needed repair and Lee and his team did such an exceptional job that it looks just like new.Their pricing is very fair. I even left out some things that I couldn't afford to fix, but in the end they repaired those areas anyway. Mr Lee is kind, honest and very pleasant to work with and he and his team deserve much respect for their skill and meticulous attention to detail.I would give them 100 stars if I could and will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work!

After a string of bad experiences at other body shops, I was immensely grateful to have found Yosemite Auto Care. Gary took good care of my and my mothers car even though they had numerous problems. All the employees show great consideration to their customers and thorough expertise in their work. I’ve never trusted a body shope more. They took time out of their busy schedule to diagnose my airbag issue for.... FREE! Yes. Free. No charge. Why?? Because they are the last of their honest kind. Respect. I wish I had a broken vehicle to take them to. Thank you.

Fast, super friendly, trustworthy service. This place was highly recommended by at least three people on nextdoor.com so I chose to give it a try for an oil change today. (My last service was at Jiffy Lube, which, I felt, was over-priced (40% more than here today), and it took forever. I also asked Gary about tire chains as we're heading to Big Bear. He was ready to let my borrow his! Unfortunately, our tire size didn't match his two pairs. I'll be back with my other car.

The plastic cover under my car came off after driving through the water. I brought my car to this shop for them to fix it up. It is close to my house so i just brought my car without asking for the price. Big mistake on my part. The guy just took off the plastic cover under my car. He worked on it for about 15-20 mins and thats it. I thought it would not cost much, so i did not bother asking for the price. I see the hourly rate of the shop is 95/ hour. So i guess the cost would be around $50 and i would be fine with it. But its NOT. The owner or the front desk guy tell me the Hourly of the shop is 95. He admitted the guy worked on my car for less than an hour, but he "have to" charge me $95 for 15 mins of work just to take off the loose cover under my car. Please please avoid this auto repair shop at all cost. They will try to overcharge you for a small amount of work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came in as a I had a small radiator leak. Without even looking at the car, I was told that it would cost $800... to replace a $200 radiator. Took my car over to Shortee's off of 1st St. They ran some test, kept my car overnight for morning testing on the cold engine and let me know that the radiator was still ok. It was a leak in the hose with the thermostat. Total cost to fix $150. For that reason, I would not recommend Yosemite.

Looking for a reliable honest auto mechanic look no further! Gary and his team had our old truck up and going in 24 hours! Found the problems very quickly and charged us very good rates. Even took our truck back for the smog check for us! First time we used Yosemite Auto but not the last.

Please don’t go here because the owner is very rude and unprofessional, second he charges double comparing to any other oil change service.At Walmart they charge $46 for full synthetic oil but here they charge $95 plus bad customer service, when I told him the price is too much he told me to get out of my shop and go to Walmart.

Flat tire fixed with a plug without taking off the tire from the rim. Total of 4 min & 30 sec. (timed). Was charged $40. ....Dishonest and a big rip off.Service: Tires
