They forgot to put my oil cap back on after finishing an oil change. I didn’t notice it until almost time for next oil change, so I took a picture. Went in for oil change today and showed the picture to hood technician 13805, and I said I don’t expect this to happen again. He chucked at the picture and after the oil change he said I put the cap back on. I was given a receipt with the following lies marked; checked yes that he had reset my maintenance reminder, he was my windshield, he checked my lights, he checked my wiper blades and tire pressure. I wasn’t even direct out of the garage. He just said you can drive out and have a good day.
