Worst location. They let people cut in front of you since they can’t pay attention to the order of the line and then turn you away. This is the second time this has happened. Please pay attention.

I don’t know why people put bad comments for this bank but my experience is very good and one employee her name is Carolyn she very very professional and very nice customer service I’ just in and out very fast and done my work

I have been a member with Wells Fargo for almost 10 years now. I don’t do too many branch in person transactions due to my job being on the road and the Wells Fargo App having most of the options I need to handle my financial needs.
Today I wanted to cash a check from a car accident insurance settlement in person and I was treated like a criminal. I was interrogated about the check, a short time after the manager came over to let me know they would not be able to cash my check under my name because it was made out to my self and my minor daughter. The manager stated “it was not my money” the manager was very unprofessional after I told her I was my child’s legal guardian and I wanted to cash the check. The manager stated it did not matter and that I needed to open up a minors account and there wasn’t any bankers available until tomorrow. I told her I was on my work lunch break and I took the time to handle this transaction as I work past the time the branch closes. She said “I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do “ I took the check and walked out. I will consider my options on who I will bank with going forward but please address this issue so other people don’t get this type of treatment. I don’t think the workers at the bank understand that us as the customers give them a job.

Do you no longer answer phones? I have called your branch at multiple times thru out several days and no one picks up the phone. If this is no longer a service you provide please do not provide a phone number, simple as that. Tell us the customers you will not speak to us on the phone and that way we know what to expect.

Why so slow!! I used to prefer coming here, rather than a WF by my office because they always had lots of tellers and the line moved fast. Lately the line is always back to the door, and you're lucky if two tellers are actually helping customers. There are a dozen people in line right now, and a bunch of WF staff in the building. Why only two tellers windows open!?

Wells fargo, Simi valley, sycamore location, manager with bald head LIES to my face. Made up a rule that's NOT TRUE at all. I searched about what he said, and found out it's totally UNTRUE.Wells Fargo, I will do my banking somewhere else. You lose a customer today. well you lose the whole family. And I will tell everybody I know what I had encountered today . That may be a small number of people but a dint is a dint. A scratch is a scratch.Well Fargo, how can you let your employees lie to customers.

Happy Tuesday! ATM took my cash deposit & then kicked me off. Now the machine does not work and the store is not open. Called customer service and they said it will take 10 days!

These folks are always helpful. Sometimes the line is pretty long but the service is always good. They have a drive thru ATM which is a big help if you only need to make a deposit or cash withdrawal. For quite a while there were two Wells Fargo branches in the same shopping center but they finally closed the other one and kept this one which is much more convenient to park at Definitely okay if you're a Wells Fargo customer

This location is in a good spot. No homeless no drug addicted people standing around you as you use the atm. Here you can feel safe and know you're not gonna get robbed while using the atm.

Talk about the lack of being personable. Went in for a new debit card and the banker presumably comments that they don't give temporary cards anymore and that I can get a new card on my phone. While the person helped me find where the mobile app provides the option to get a new card, I was left feeling like I was inconveniencing this banker. She came off abrupt and as if I was wasting her time.Clearly, this Wells Fargo is not about customer service or kindness. Excuse me for inconveniencing you Banker for you having to do your job. In fact, this is not the first Wells Fargo where I had a bad experience with an employee. I guess they don't need me as a customer, clearly I don't matter.

Went in for a one time simple bank statement copy request that I needed. Workers at this location not friendly and made a big deal out of it. Very strange. 2 stars because they printed it.

I am unclear why the humans at this facility are so unhappy. Management perhaps? The security guard has been kind, a teller for the most part 95% of our experiences have been negative. Not that is is relevant but we are an LLC with over 300 locations. You would expect they would want to show kindness to merchant accounts... right? Wrong. Know, entering this building you do not matter, your needs do not matter, your time does not matter. They want you to stand silent follow, Ventura County laws and get out. I personally, have not experienced such terrible customer service in banking over the past 30 years. I attempted to use a different location and home office discouraged the drive. When we can't use the night drop and are forced to go inside for change we do our best to be positive and kind to the tellers who clearly hate their jobs.
