I live in Camarillo but I always get my family’s prescriptions here. Everyone is awesome especially Harvey. He is highly efficient and super helpful. A bit far from my house but my drive is all worth it!Thanks for all you do, Harvey!! Keep up the good work!

I started coming to this Walmart strictly for my prescriptions. Harvie is the Pharmacy Manager. He is FANTASTIC!! He always remembers me. He takes the time to explain all prescriptions thoroughly to me and always makes me smile when I'm there. So, i started grocery shopping there as well. Everyone is very helpful and the store is always very clean and in order. If there is something specific that you can't find at that store it wouldn't hurt to ask if they can order it. They are always very friendly there. I spoke with a gentleman named Jack he was so nice and took the extra time to help me locate items on my list. Great store!

Friday of March 8 2024 around 12:27:44 specifically At Tapo Neighborhood Walmart just recently, me and my girl were attended by an employee at the cashier by a guy named Kenneth tall guy with long hair with an undercut and piercings, at first glance nothing was wrong until he started looking at me directly in my eyes like he wanted to fight, clenching his jaws looking at my girl with a smirk at that point I don't know what is going then he tries to have a small talk with my girl but he was almost whispering but I heard what he said so I repeated it for him to tell my girl then goes and stares at me again like he had an attitude to fight just because I helped him clear out what he was talking about and he seemed not pleased about it and looked at me again as if he wanted to fight ( just crazy) then as my girl was finishing up her transaction he decides to pull out his phone ( INFRONT OF US ) WHILE HE WAS WORKING with his customers and was leaning on the cash machine (LIKE WE WERE NOT THERE) my girl had tried to ask him if the transaction was done BUT (HE WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION AGAIN ) failed to answer and continued to act as if he wasn't even on the clock to work and continued again with his kiddish like attitude and wouldn't hear my girl out so I had to speak up my self for him to get our attention and stares at me ( AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME) with a huge attitude like he wanted to fight at that point my girl got worried and (she actually thought he was in drugs while on the clock of working or something) , me and my girl had different transactions and so when it was my time to be helped out he just kept looking at me like he had some type of personal problem towards me and I asked him are you good? U ok? then answered looking at me ( like he wanted to fight the whole time) with an attitude "yea" we also had to remind him about the water bottles if he had scanned them because of the lack of awareness, we would've walked out there with free water bottles ( but of course it was payed for after reminding him ) and at that point I was just already ready to leave, I don't usually do report towards Walmart but even my girl said how can they hire workers like this? a person that is not very attentive towards the customers and very unprofessional with pulling out his phone scrolling on his social media infront of us and acting like he wants to fight and make trouble with Walmart's loyal customers? and to top it all off acting like he's in some type of drugs to act that way, I think you guys should reconsider hiring people that act like they don't want to work v.s towards the ones that do want to work and be physically, mentally be present at times of service. just crazy and unprofessional to behave that way. I will also report it to the manager after this review because me and my girl definitely wouldn't want to have another unpleasant confrontation with a cashier that should be serving with a smile and an example of professionalism.

Went to Walmart in Simi Valley on a busy Sat afternoon for only a few food items! Not one self check out open! It was all barricaded off with only a few check stands open with really long lines of 6 or more customers in each line with full baskets of merchandise. Waited in line over 20 minutes and this will be my last time shopping at Walmart until they reopen their self check out lines!

The Pharmacy is the only reason to come here. The pharmacy & Harvey are AWESOME!! Everything else is terrible. They just spent months renovating this “Market” & now they offer much less. Their selection was already poor, now it’s abysmal. The produce is very bad. Last time there, I freaked my kid out with the hairy tomatoes they had. ? I come here to pick up medication & TRY to shop, because I’m already here & it used to be cheap. Not anymore. I mean, we all know Walmart sucks as a company, but the affordability & selection made it unavailable. Now it’s cheaper to shop at Vons & I don’t have to suffer the frustrating part of supporting the Walton family. I just hope Harvey & the pharmacy team relocate to the other Simi Walmart when this one closes.

The quality of customer service is poor here. In my opinion, also some racial undertones with some of the employees; not very diverse. Go elsewhere.

If your unhappy with Walmart! Then Shop some place else! Their prices are good! Except Von's has better prices on their Meat!
