Those cashiers who are in the front are very unprofessional! They are always mad like they are paying for us if we as a customer use coupons or discounts for our transactions! Asking the costumers like how many accounts do you have?I mean why do you care? We pay for everything we buy! If as a customer we use anything as a promotion or pay I little less money is not your problem! Because the store don’t make you employee to pay anything about what we get discounts of! Please get a better aptitudes because everything is already enough hard!

This was my first year ordering holiday photo cards with Walgreens and will likely be my last.While I love the sale price and the ability to order for pickup at my local Walgreens, when I picked up, the sales associate was not friendly. Which was fine. It didn't bother me too much. But then when I got home and started assembling my cards, I realized I was missing almost 50 envelopes. I went back to the store to let them know and to pick up my envelopes and they said they've been running low because those are a popular size and haven't been including them with the cards! I asked why I wasn't notified of that when I picked up my order. They told me it's important to check your order before you leave. I didn't understand why they wouldn't tell me this if they did it knowingly. I ordered 160 cards. I didn't have time to check 160 envelopes when I picked up my order. And if they knowingly are not including envelopes that are equal to the number of cards ordered, why aren't they notifying customers of that?I told them that I paid already. And I paid for envelopes AND cards so I didn't understand why I wasn't given what I paid for. They said here's all we have and gave me about eight envelopes. I am extremely disappointed as I have made a purchase and did not receive everything that I purchased.

Just when I thought CVS pharmacy had the worst customer service and wait times! Walgreens pharmacy takes the cake on a new low. Both walk-in and drive through attempts for a prescription pick-up were a disaster. Good luck at getting a representative to even acknowledge your existence. Would NEVER recommend.

I waited two weeks for my prescription because staff that have not properly been trained. Representatives are rude. They violate HIPPA on every level. Mind blowing!? This got in the picture below has not once, not twice but several times mistreated us in the drive through.

Pharmacists pretending to be physicians. They abruptly refused to fill my perscription, that I've filled there for years, for reasons that are not within their qualifications.Pharmacists have way too much leeway. I could understand if they see a possible drug interaction; but other than that it's based on their unqualified feelings.If you wanted to be a physician, you should've gone to medical school to get an MD.The job of a pharmacist is to fill perscriptions, not play doctor.

UPDATE!!!!This pharmacy is unbelievable! Literally! They discriminate against certain medications and people absolutely! They lie through there teeth to everyone on a daily basis!! We are moving to another pharmacy.The pharmacist has told us on several occasions that the medicine is not in stock and then up to two weeks later they will tell you "oh the problem wasn't that it wasn't in stock, its because we haven't received authorization from your doctor" which is a blatant lie! We spoke to the doctor asking daily about this. The pharmacist had the nerve to be rude and tell me not to come there anymore and hung up on me. This is for diabetic medication!! People are struggling bad without crucial medications they they need. You will be left in the dark with this pharmacy! Lied to, disrespected and suffering!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR YOU HEALTH! & PLEASE PEOPLE START REPORTING THEM!Worst pharmacy ever! Incompetent and understaffed. They lie! They make you wait endlessly. They do not have a clue what they are doing. They let patients suffer for days on end. They run around back and forth like they have no clue what they're doing! Who is in charge of these employees??? They need to fire everyone in this pharmacy! Zero stars

Utter garbage. Pretty apparent that the Indian lady pharmacist creates issues here. Complete confusion on the pharmacy side. Seems like she doesn’t know the rules or makes them up as she goes along. Upper management needs to re-train or hire competent staff. Not recommended - stay away.

Indian Pharmacist lied that her computer was unable to fill my prescription due to provider being out of state. I use to work in the pharmacy and it is well known that pharmacists can choose which medications to deny base on any asinine reasoning. She should have called and stated she was not comfortable filling the medication as I am a new patient and the provider was from out of state. It’s very petulant and unnecessary to say otherwise. Grow up.
