My doctors office has called in prescriptions several times and this pharmacy has lost proof that was ever called in. This place is so unorganized that I’m applaud by the service

Usually very friendly. I did not have to wait at all today whereas in the past there was a long wait even with an appointment. The best thing to do, if you're able, is to come at the off peak times.

The people that work in the pharmacy could stand to be a little nicer. They act to be put out when customers approach them. And it would be nice if they didn't completely close down the pharmacy for lunch. Maybe they could alternate lunch hours like most other businesses.

Having this pharmacy has been a lifesaver! We have been treated with respect and amazing service at every visit. We get our vaccinations here as well, the pharmacy staff are all great!We used to go to CVS and let me tell you that’s the worst service ever!

I transferred my medication from CVS after 10 years to Vons pharmacy to make it more convenient for myself when I went to pick up the medicine they charged me $35 for the medication when I have been paying about $13 from CVS I then reached out to the pharmacy and the gentleman that I spoke to was extremely rude and did not care about the pricing or really anything else I had to say he stated it was basically not his or his teams issue so I definitely will not be using this pharmacy ever so do yourself a favor and use any other pharmacy but this one not only are they completely overcharging but they’re also rude as well and do not care about your concerns whatsoever. This is price gouging at its finest! FYI the retail price at this pharmacy for this medication is $18 so again do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this pharmacy unless you don’t mind throwing your money out the window.

Awesome experience here with staff. They were extremely professional and friendly BUT please clean and vacuum the carpet area in the vaccination waiting area. It was so disgusting and looks horrible. Stains, debris, and clumps of hair were very visible. Pretty gross.

I was picking up my prescription at the vons pharmacy for a medication I get every month that is covered by my insurance. They made me wait 30 minutes while they gave me my prescription that was ready days ago. The man that was helping me was rudely ignoring me as I patiently waited and asked him a question. He could not figure out how to give me my prescription for some reason and had the pharmacist help me who made me walk back and forth between the waiting room as well. I had told them from the beginning that I was in a rush and they were so rude. Not only did I wait 30 minutes for my prescription when there was no line and my prescription was already ready, but they charged me for my prescription that is always covered by my insurance. I will be changing pharmacies right after I receive my refund. The only helpful pharmacists who have been very helpful and nice there is Dr. Halla and Shadi.

I felt like I needed to eat real food and came to get some groceries like an adult. I picked up some fruits and vegetables and decided to hit up the deli. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and remembered me from the previous day which is always nice. They currently have a festive turkey salad with stuffing and cranberries which is absolutely delicious. I also purchased a 4-pack of Hawaiian rolls which I've never seen and made little sliders with the salad. Their prices are right and selection extensive so while I'm in town this is definitely a go to spot.

decent vons but empty shelves , hardly any variety in frozen vegetables . Could be supply line issues could be store doesn't stock certain goods. We are a multi cultural/religious home but have a hard time finding jewish grocery around this neighborhood .

Was referred to Dr. Aria for an issue I had relating to pushing information to my health provider for him to go down the list of things to do that the front associate already told me to do, and was telling me about how he’s backlogged with “200 prescriptions” and telling me they did everything right. 10 minutes later the associate finds the issue that was on their end and told me they’ll fix it. Rude pharmacist like the other reviews say, go somewhere else.

I'm not sure why their rating is so low! When checking out everyone is super friendly and I can always count on a friendly and pleasant in and out experience. If it is too busy at the checkout counter another employee is notified and another stand is opened up. This is my go to grocery store and I've never had a bad experience.

I am not sure what it is… maybe it’s the reasonable price or the fact that I do not need to spend 35-50 minutes preparing an equivalent meal. But the Meatloaf and Cream of Spinach… All kinds of deliciousness awesome-sauce!

So I'm giving Vons one star because: The Vons set-up during a frickin' pandemic running rampant and with California's ICU beds all filled up with the sick and dying is VERY BAD!!! Today I shopped at Vons and was forced to deal with many people standing right next to me in line, closely crowding me, as if we suddenly were back to normal and not in a pandemic?!! WTF?!! What happened to tape lines on the floor to remind people to social distance??? And during my previous Vons visit just a few days ago when I went with my son, we walked by people not wearing a frickin' mask? What the hell happened to Vons??? They were being so good to their customers and so careful with their employees, appropriately cautious and concerned AS THEY SHOULD BE, and now... what??? So I did my research and found out Vons is no longer giving hazard pay as of 5 months ago!! Yeah, you heard me right!! Their workers just get regular pay now during this highly contagious and deadly pandemic!! These workers are risking their lives!!! The people that work at my Vons are all lovely, brave souls, and, again, they are risking their lives every frickin' day to serve their community!! But, horrified to say, apparently Vons doesn't care about their people and their families lives anymore??? Not to mention their customers!! I mean, what the hell kind of company are you, Vons? SHAME on you!! SHAME on you, Vons!! Just a few days prior I'd learned that Ralphs and Food 4 Less closed a couple of stores so they would not have to cough up hazard pay for their workers??? And I thought THEY sucked, and now I learn about Vons and how rottenly they're treating their workers, not paying them what they deserve?? I mean, their workers are risking their lives, they're in the line of fire, they could die because of being there at work to serve us, and the higher-ups are not doing what they need to do to protect them, like: (1) Mandated mask-wearing!! (2) Tape for social distancing!! (3) And giving their employees well-deserved hazard pay for their service and the risk they take!! This is a very dark time in our history, and -- WAKE UP, EVERYBODY!! -- the pandemic is far from over!! This is no time to relax precautions or cheap out on your workers who risk their lives!! They help keep our world going, and everyone should give a damn and stand behind them, period!! The Vons bigwigs need to give them extra pay for risking infection and death on a daily basis, and they need to do it right NOW!! And Vons needs to again enforce the safety protocols -- mask-wearing and observing tape lines to practice social distancing -- to make sure everybody is safe, and especially their employees while they keep Vons in business and their communities served. I mean, come on, Vons!!! This is a deadly pandemic!! Do the right thing for your workers, and screw Vons' profit margin for the duration!! We are now refusing to shop at remaining Ralph's stores because of their poor treatment of their employees -- do you want to be boycotted as well?
