“The staff were so kind and helpful. My dog Chloe was able to get seen by a vet the same day I made the appointment. They conducted a thorough examination and were able to treat my dog.”

“Incredible experience, my vet was going to charge me over $800 for a spay... I got my kitten microchipped and spayed for $90. It included pain meds and she was acting like her usual self the day of surgery. Such an amazing resource for the community and the vets were so kind.”

“Dr. Ron is excellent, he simply knows and gets it. From anything that is wrong with your pet, to making you feel comfortable and satisfied with any treatment needed. He is curtious and is not only a pet, but a people person too!! He does not do any unessary steps and gets straight to what is needed. If you don't go to Dr. Ron, your pet will get substandard care.”

“It's a bit of a drive for me, but definitely worth it. Friendly staff, no attitude, nice location, the doctor is very knowledgeable and doesn't waste your time. Had a good conversation about all kinds of stuff. Looking forward to getting more treatments for my senior pup. Hopefully nothing too serious or expensive :)”

“I want to counteract the one star review left in the Fall of 2023. Dr. Spitzer was just at my house this afternoon to put down our senior dog via Lap of Love. She was wonderful. I met her outside at her car, and we talked a little bit about the decision before she came in and I was able to tell her some details about Rocket. We talked more with her as a family when she came inside. At no point did we feel rushed or that she wasn’t completely gentle with him. She explained everything she was going to do before doing it and then again before she did each step. She was talking to him throughout and she also paid attention to our other dog who was curious/stressed and growling at her. (He stopped growling the minute Rocket passed). I felt the service was excellent and exactly what I had envisioned. At no point did Rocket appear stressed or worried about what was happening.”

“the ONLY place I trust with my cats. My cats are my reason for living, so I give them the best care and got them pet insurance. I drive 1.5 hours just to come here. I recently got my 3 year old's teeth cleaned, and they did an excellent job. I will say it was definitely more pricier than other places, but cats are notorious for hiding diseases that have fatal consequences, so I didn't want to skimp out on my cat's teeth cleaning.

I brought my other cat Anubis here and two other vets couldn't diagnose her and had already spent $1,200 only to be told they didn't know what was wrong with her, when she had a fever of 104 degrees. I brought her here, they give me the diagnosis in one day, and I had emergency pyometra surgery for my cat the next day (a condition in which a cat's uterus gets full of puss. I had just adopted her from a family being evicted, so she had never been to the vet before me and was already 3 years old.)

They give you updates when they are done as well, and follow up the next day. Absolutely exceptional service. My cats are everything to me.”

“Our cat was sick and we found out our Veterinarian had moved from another facility to Valley Veterinary Clinic (30 miles away) We trust Dr. Megan Thomas and would follow her anywhere to care for our cats. She is thorough, detailed and it was such a relief to find her again. What a pleasant experience at Valley Veterinary Clinic. From the first call to the visit, everyone was so helpful and kind. Dina and Mindy are top notch as well as both Vet Techs (sorry I didn't get your names) you all did such a great job. I also liked the separate waiting areas for Dogs and Cats. The facility is older and I LOVED the warm atmosphere; don't change a thing. You could tell so many fur families have been cared for here. Everything was spotless and organized. What a great place to find to care for our cats. Thank you for taking such good care of Walter. He is already feeling much better.”

“I am a dog rescuer and also have my own dogs. I have used Dr. Sherif over many years and have been VERY happy. I feel he is smart and cares...and the pricing has been fair enough. So for those visits, I'd give him 5 stars. I also want to share one not so good story where I would give no stars. Our dog was limping on her back legs so we took her to Dr. Sherif. Dr. Sherif doesn't do knee surgery but they liaison with an orthopedic surgeon who looked at the x-rays and told us our dog absolutely needed surgery on both knees for a cost of $10,000. We decided to get a second opinion, which was the same. We decided, before moving forward, to visit a Dr. Raviv Balfour at VCA Animal Specialty in West LA. Dr. Balfour said yes, our dog does have 2 torn ACL's but the surgery may not be necessary. He suggested we try Medicam, an anti-inflammatory, for a month or so and see how she responds. Within a few weeks, our dog completely stopped limping and has not limped since, and that was about 2 years ago. Getting a third opinion saved us $10k and saved our dog an enormous amount of pain and suffering. Bottom line, if you are told your dog needs a big surgery, and you aren't sure, get more opinions!!!”

“Dr Stirewall is a terrific dr for your fur babies. She has ALWAYS shown concern, consideration and competency for my dogs. Never let's me down and I own breeds that have a lot of issues.Definitely a great vet with an awesome office staff.I've notice three other reviewers complain about Dr. Stirewald being racist....That is a bold face lie. I don't know what agenda these three individuals have, but it is not even close to being the truth.”
