Love Venus Nail Spa. Customer service is always on point here. Helen does the best pedicures and goes above and beyond with service. Lisa does great manicures and nails too. Kevin is the best as well!! Everyone in the shop are the nicest and I've referred them to many of my clients and friends. Thank you for all the great service!!

I have been going to Helen at Venus Nails for many years and am very happy with her service! She does a great gel manicure and a great pedicure as well! The nail shop is also very nice and clean.

If I could 0 stars I would !! Worse experience of my life!! I went in for a gel mani and pedi. Everything was going good at first until I noticed after drilling off my old gel polish she didn't wipe my hands or anything. I asked her "is the dust going to make my nails bumpy?" She assured me it wouldn't so I let her continue. She was about to apply the top coat and I had to tell her you missed half of my entire thumb she fixed it but didn't like that I said something to her. I then told her "please make sure you do a good job please but I am picky with my nails, I'm paying and tipping so I want to make sure I'm happy with them." She said yes of course they would be fine. This is how she left my nails and I asked her to redo them or fix the ones that looked really bad and she started getting upset! She stared saying "ask anyone here they look good." I said "I don't care what anyone else says because they aren't paying I'm paying and tipping so it's not about who likes what I don't like them and I won't pay if you won't fix them!" She jumped up and stood in front of the chair trying to intimidate me. So I got up even tho I was getting my pedi done and went to grab my purse and she grabbed my arm and pulled me so I pushed her off me. Then proceeded to tell me She knows my kind and I'm too picky. I said look I'm asking you to fix my nails and she wouldn't so I left!! I went straight to top nails and even the nail tech there said they looked terrible! Horrible customer service never again! If the owner sees this talk to your employee about putting her hands on people! She needs to be fired ! If you have access to the cameras watch them. The lady in the blue with the white apron is the one who grabbed my arm!

My nails always turn out beautiful and everyone is great and kind there but Meme is my favorite!!! You can always get an appointment but I'd you want to walk in they are great at making time!!!

We just left the salon, and when I say we, it was me and my 23-year-old daughter. My daughter had a gel manicure and a pedicure. The woman polished her nails and then proceeded to use a drill on her cuticles like they use for acrylics. My daughter has never had acrylic nails and I'm really unsure why she just didn't use clippers. I wish there was a zero star

All the manicurists are great. They are cordial, careful & professional. Mimi is my "go to", but hey are all very good with all the customers, young or old, female or male. Mimi has replaced my visits to the podiatrist!

They usually do a good job. My last visit was rough. Cold water in pedi, cold water in mani bowl, waited 20 minutes with an apt for someone to start my pedi. When they cut my toenails she tapped the cutters and SOMEONE ELSES nail came out! Mine were not that long ever. Then the file fell on the floor and she picked it up and kept using it! Made me feel all things were dirty.Services: Pedicure
