Very bad service i got looked at head to tow multiple times by tyler maybe its because the tattoos or my skin color but he treated his clients very very well except when it came to me . He even called to check if the owner of check authorized the payment and he was shaking for some reason . I felt discriminated by him and if it wasnt a business i would of told him something keep in mind i am in a walker amd still had me waiting for a long period of time over a valid check!

First time for me to go inside this branch. Dear Hubby does most of the errands, including banking, while I am working during the weekdays. We had gone out together on a Wednesday afternoon to run some other errands and stopped in to take care of a few items. I'd had an ATM card go missing; learned it was because they hadn't updated my address (even though they updated the overall addy on the account, and for DH, but not for me??), so the renewal card went into the ether or an old address. They were able to print a new one right in the branch. Yay! I also needed to sign to be joint owner of a newer account, and the customer service rep was able to take care of that, too. The branch office was pretty deserted at 3:00 on a Wednesday. It seemed they had a lot of employees working and not that many members to serve. They play upbeat music; kudos to whichever service they use for their selection. No sleepy elevator tunes, but not obnoxiously loud, either. The facilities are very clean - floors, desks, tables, chairs. That's a plus. Since they're close to the freeway (and bank robberies are evidently a SoCal thing), they have a security door lock system when going in and out. Not something I'm used to, but it makes sense in this crazy era in which we live. The rep who worked with us was efficient, but not overly friendly. When we thanked them for handling our requests, there wasn't a response. Normally you'd expect some kind of an acknowledgement, i.e., "Thank you for being members", or something of the like. Oh well, just a reminder to me when I'm speaking with a client to let them know that my company appreciates their business! Always lessons to be learned when out & about in the world TCB.

Amy Ginnever, is by far worst manager for a bank I've seen yet. I came in to open a new account for my granddaughters birthday. Amy ststed because she had 3 call outs i could not be helped? Pathetic excuse for a bank manager she states there were only 2 associates. I've been banking here for over 25 years shes a horrible example of management. I will take my buisness to CBC

Horrible service never had to deal with this store, ive had loans ready and walked out with a check within 10 min at the rose location. Here at this location it took 2 days on the phone and a 20min in person visit. Luckily Brandon helped us in person visit and provided excellent service.

Zero stars for customer service, last two times I've called they were very rude and disrespectful How do you run a business with rude service?! Not to mention they take out overdraft fee without notifying they customers, there customers that keep there business running, it's unfortunate! I will be closing my account and going else where no need to put up with bad customer service and quality of business!

Because they're so outdated. I go into the branch because I'm depositing money on my wife's account I have her debit card Wesco they won't let me deposit in your account after I told him numerous times of having problems going through their ATM drive-through or the ATM on the side of their building. I will be pulling all of our money out and going to Logix or another credit union because of it. Go to Logix or west, instead much better banking in online banking as well!

My disabled mother needed to make a few deposits. We found out this location accepts F&A Federal credit union deposits thru the ATM. Her location in the valley by CSUN is closed for remodeling so finding an alternative near me was awesome! There is a drive thru ATM that is open 24/7. She said she thinks it's worth the drive to continue using the ATM at this location. I'll find any excuse to have my mom visit me here in Simi valley! Plus I feel it's a lot safer for her out here than near Northridge especially when using an ATM.

They discriminate if you are disabled or handicap. I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask and they made me stand next to the trash can outside in order to get money out of my account. I canceled my business with them. Discrimination for people with disabilities will never be okay.

I'm so surprised by some of these reviews I have been a member for many many years and I have always been treated with respect. Amy goes out of her way to help me with what ever I ask of her. Every employee greats me with a smile when I walk in. I would never bank anywhere else.

I have been a member for a few years now, and have always found the employees, so helpful and polite. We have just had to open another account, but due to covid, we have had to do this online, for the first time. I had to phone the bank for help. I would just like to mention Keith Anthony Young from the Oxnard branch and then Brandon Lodter from the Simi Valley Branch for all their help, kindness, and patience with us.
