Edward the supervisor should be fired, the company that mailed my package made an error on zip code and they threw my package away, I’ve contacted his supervisors supervisor and they are doing a full investigation on this facility. Edward should be fired.

WARNING ⚠️ This location has a "system" to accept packages that are too big to fit in the drop-off door/slot in order to make it quicker than standing in line. They urge you to just leave your package(s) on the counter to the left.
This system is not safe. I left two boxes on the counter. The clerk standing at the window saw this and nodded. They're now missing with no help whatsoever from the USPS. It's been two weeks and all they can say is... "just wait longer and maybe they'll turn up." - Brilliant ?

This is by far the worst post office I've experienced.
They don't deliver letters and send them back even though everything is correct.
They lie and say a package delivery was attempted when it wasn't.
When it gets busy, the lady in charge just comes out and yells orders instead of opening up a new terminal.
Very lazy place, I will drive out of my way to avoid.

Staff are extreamly short and rude . Older woman with glasses had been rude each time I come. I’ll go out of my way to go to a store with better service . Maybe employees that care .

I stopped by this USPS this morning to ship out my package that I'm returning. I already got the shipping label and everything so I just came here to drop it off. I found parking easily since I came right at 10am when the open. When I walked inside, only 2 people were in line and 1 person working the counter. It's very quiet in the building, like you're in the library. When it was my turn, the lady scanned my package and checked the weight. She also told me that next time I can use the kiosk near the front door to make things faster. I didn't know about the kiosk so if there a next time I have to come here, I'll try doing that.

The worst post office in simi valley , one lady is so lazy she ruins the whole place for the people who actually work hard . She talked so nasty to her co worker because her “back” hurt she told him to move over rude and on top of the the night before she dismissed me with out even looking in the back for my package .

It is NOT a USPS office! It is a private company authorized to be a 3rd party entity. They charge $6 for a package that shows $1.95 on the screen!!!

Sales associate Donna was so patient with every customer, before and including me. I was delivering two large parcels for the first time and she gently guided me through, which I found much more friendly and efficient than I initially feared. Her service was speedy and I really appreciated the attention she paid and care she took, not just for me but for the other customers she helped.

This has to be the worst post office I have ever been to. In the 3 times I've been here I've had to wait anywhere from 20-30 minutes just to weigh and ship a small package. Employees aren't attentive to customers even in the slightest, won't even acknowledge you've been waiting. Employees on their phones and listening to music at the front when there's a line out the door. Definitely pick a different shipping service or location if you value your time

Always have a good experience here. Service can be slow, but that’s bc they’re friendly and kind and tend to chat a bit with customers and I think, overall, that’s a heck of a lot better than the alternative! :)

Went to mail items today and was told it was to busy she could not weigh all the mail to make sure the postage was accurate. First I went to the Galena St office. Their self help postage machine was not working. Their lines were out the door. So I them went to this branch. Their self help postage machine was working with a lady mailing about 100 packages (small holiday type). So then I got to wait in another long time to get help at the counter-but this time -only 1 clerk at the window. Total joke for service-where else can you take USA mail to and have it go out same day? It's not our fault if the goofball who schedules help can't do their job and realize that holidays are busier. Truth is they do know and don't care. Good Luck.

What an absolutely HORRIBLE example of a US Post Office! My certified mail envelope fails to show up on time ... Then, the online system can't produce a status ... Then, after a week (including the weekend) of it being overdue, I file a complaint with Customer Service ... I am, then, supposed to be contacted by THIS Post Office with a resolution within 2-3 days ... On the FOURTH day, I contacted USPS "Customer Service" and learn the Mt. McCoy Post Office has done NOTHING to date ... BUT, I learn that the parcel was, indeed, BOTH shipped to and received by the Mt. McCoy Post Office ... I do some digging and wind up with a USPS District Manager out of Santa Clarita, CA that provides me with a direct line to this Mt. McCoy Post Office ... Upon review, though, the Mt. McCoy Post Office comes back and claims it was never received by THEM ... The Mt. McCoy Post Office, then, blames the "plant" in Galena, CA ... I call pretty-much anyone and everyone at the USPS trying to get assistance ... I wind up back at the USPS District Manager, who put me in touch with an (apparent) Assistant Postmaster at the Mt. McCoy Post Office ... This individual CONFIRMS for me that the basket/tub containing my parcel was, indeed, received by the Mt. McCoy Post Office ... So, now, we know that we know the parcel WAS received by this post office, but ... The same Mt. McCoy Post Office refuses to accept responsibility, and they blame everyone else ... They blame the plant in Galena, CA. They blame a back up processing location in Santa Clarita, CA. They, actually, indirectly blamed ME for having selected this size of parcel container which is provided by the USPS! If that wasn't bad enough, they don't open until 10:00 AM CST ... They don't answer their phones for the first couple hours of having opened ... The Postmaster (in my case) didn't even show up for work until AFTER noon ... And, in his absence, the TWO (2) Assistant Postmasters seem to be absolutely clueless ... My incident reeks of employee theft, but absolutely no USPS employee is stepping forward, while I get to start this entire process over, again -- and with NO recourse, NO assistance, NO nothing. Irresponsibility. Dishonesty. Inefficiency. It's your money, and it's your time, but -- I am strongly encouraging you to consider this situation the next time you even think about using the USPS, because -- Based upon my experience, this operation is a genuine sh** show!
