Awesome customer service I was helped by a beautiful lady she rocks thank you so much for your help. Wish I got your name.☹️.. she made me feel like I was a VIP . She always had a smile on her face, looked at you when she was explaining things to me and as she was helping me, she was always very polite to the customers that were coming in the door behind me. So if the owner is reading this review, please reward her she is an awesome employee And she needs to be recognized I was in the store on Sunday August 25 around 2: or 2:30pm so whoever she is, can you please tell her Curt said thank you and she rocks!!!

Not the same attention to detail as when Mark & Kathy owned it. The new owners are a bit sloppy with incoming packages. I have had to go back 3 times in 6 months for packages they missed giving me. Never had that happen in all the years Mark & Kathy owned it. When I asked on the phone when I was tracking down a package if they were going to do better the response was “ya sure”. They also gave me a package yesterday that wasn’t mine. No I did not keep it I checked before I left. The first name on the package was the same as my wife’s and nothing else matched our address. I will not be renewing our $180.00 per year box.

Got fingerprinted and was having issues due to a bent finger. The staff was extremely laid back and helpful great customer service.

I visited the UPS STORE on Madera road in Simi Valley this morning for Notary Public services. I had a very complex issue and Abhi was reassuring, calming and was very efficient and knowledgeable on every task that I needed. He did not stop until all requirements were met. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They let me use their lap top, computer, brought me a chair to sit. The store is run by Abhi and Jessica. It is a family run establishment and they cover a wide array of services in a smooth running, professional and friendly manner. I spent over two hours and noticed how well they treated all customers. This UPS store on Madera is my “GO TO” for all the services they offer. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

Best UPS in town! I have a box for the last 6 years and they are always very friendly and kindly going the extra mile. The store is always near and clean. If you need a quick stop to drop off this is your place. Oh! you will like the plenty parking lots available.

The ups store on Madera rd has been the best experience I have had with my pmb box! The staff is always kind, friendly, and pay attention to their customers. My husband and I have had our pmb for a short period of time and we have not regrets!! Thank you all so much for your attentiveness and support always!!!

My experience was wonderful in the Simi Valley location. New owners are hardworking and awesome. The waiting time was short and service was very professional. I’ve also had them package something fragile for shipping. Price was reasonable and they did a great job. They know very well how to run this business. Gitika was very patient, helpful and has contagious smile.
I would highly recommend this as goto store for all shiping needs. Good prices with great service :)

I am giving the store a 10 rating as an excellent score for the fact that not only is your customer service, top-notch, and very professional, but every time I come in here, they greet me with the smile are very informative as to how I should ship things and let me know what’s the best options When I’m working with them, I also enjoyed the fact that they take my Amazon products for returns, they have a full supply of items I could use such as boxes for shipping ,tape, envelopes, pens, markers, and different size of boxes. they also help me understand the differences of how to ship, and which would be the best way for me to do so, I enjoy coming to the store very much because they make me feel comfortable with their answers, they help me understand what I’m doing, and they explain to me when my package will get there, and how it will be shipped. the customer service is exceptional, and I highly recommend this store to anybody here in the city of Simi Valley,I believe this family that is running. The store is an asset to the UPS company, and I believe that they are going to be an asset to the city of Simi Valley as well, always friendly, always informative, and always willing to help, I will continue to use them with confidence, knowing that I’ve come to the right place.
