I had a truly outstanding experience at the UPS store, where the customer service went above and beyond my expectations. The staff were not only attentive and thorough in answering all of my inquiries but also exceptionally kind, assisting me in packaging my items with care. I'm deeply thankful for their support and highly recommend their services.

The new owners who took over this business last month are overcharging their customers! C'mon Charging $2.00 to print out a label?!!! I WILL be definitely be taking business elsewhere!!! Save money compare and shop, this store is over charging!!!!

I've been a repeat customer of this particular location but tonight's experience with Abhi and Ghitika compelled me to write a review. They both juggled a non stop line while helping my family and I with a complicated and heavy shipment. They were calm and very understanding and walked us through the process to give us the best expectations for our packages. Even the rough estimate of cost was accurate! This level of genuine friendliness and composure in a packed store is honestly refreshing and a welcome service that I only wish was common in more frequented stores. Excellent job!

Based on positive Yelp reviews, I went to this UPS store to process a return shipment while in the area for a business meeting. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, patient and welcoming - making it such an easy and pleasant transaction. Just wish I lived closer as this would be my go-to location for all shipping-related needs. Thanks for being so kind.

If it wasn't for Hannah helping me in my time of need, I don't know what I would have done. I just needed a document printed and the owner made me email them. It wasn't showing up in their end so I sent a second time. It still wasn't showing up. After 8 minutes of standing and the owner helped everyone else, he went and stayed in the back. Didn't offer any further help to me. Hannah suggested I just print it off the PC they had available. Done..just like that. Shame on the owner for his horrible customer service skills.

I dropped off some letters in the mail and a package with UPS. I had forgotten to put stamps on the letters. They tracked me down, called me and held the letters until I came to collect them. I applaud them for going above and beyond and know they will take care with any and all business they get. Thanks again.

Mark and Kathy run a great UPS store. They are always very kind and sweet. They provide excellent customer service, every single time! They really get to know their regular customers and box holders. I highly recommend this store.

Best UPS store, i think it's a husband and wife that owns and operates this place and they are always super fast, attentive, and friendly. I return a lot of online orders with them and have never had an issue in 2 years!

Excellent customer service. Mark and Kathy run a wonderful store. They can help with most every business and personal need including packing and shipping material and other boxes. Need a birthday card, they got them. I recommend them highly.

This gentleman right here in this picture is so Awesome! So is the sweet lady he works with, I'm Always in here needing copies, sending fax's and they handle all of my important documents with all promptness! I'm no longer a resident in Simi and moved down south just south of Orange County and I'm praying the employees down there are as Awesome as these two!

Came in to get ONE thing notarized. But they couldn't accommodate me because someone else needed a dozen signatures. How about let the guy with ONE thing go ahead?! I was sent on my way with a vague "there is another notary near Baja Fresh". I wasted time going there and did not find any notary.
