I don't know if it's all the locations or just this one, I make deposits once a month and every time I go here to make a ATM cash deposit, the ATM is not working. Every single F'n time, it's gotten to the point that I'm going to close my account, it is f'n ridiculous that the ATM is out of order or doesn't take deposits. F this place and F this bank in general.

My experience with U.S Bank has been terrible from the begging. When I first opened my business account with U.S Bank in the begging they mislead me with Elavon and I had huge problems and finally after several trips back and fourth to the bank and numerous calls I got it all straighten out and got Elavon, canceled. then about a year later I was looking for help to grow my business and I was told that they could help me do that and was contacted by their business guy Ricky Lopez and we had a meeting and he said that that they could help me with a line of business credit if I did a few things like change from LLC to Incorporated which I did and had to jump through all kinds of hoops to make that happen. After doing this Ricky, opened another checking account and send me a new card which I thought was the line of credit but was told that it is another atm card. I would call and leave messages with Ricky and email and would be told that he would get back to me with no calls or return emails or texts messages and find it very un professional. I was mislead and feel like I was lied to and I am still dealing with issues that I can't get help from Ricky, or Julius to get resolved. I finally went to to the bank to talk to Julius about it and he just seem to care about me being a very unhappy customer and was very un helpful. I told him if I new of a better business bank that I would leave to that bank and he didn't seem to care at all.

Things were good there up until I made a small error which was exacerbated by the teller. They closed my account and kind of treated my like a criminal with no help whatsoever. No support at all. Not good for customer service. It's ok, moved on to Bank of America and they've been great.

Went into US Bank on the west side of Simi Valley on LA ave, talked to a bank rep, Paul, about my 401k & wanting to roll it over to US Bank. He said he didn't know much about 401ks & would call me either the next day or the following Monday with info, never rcvd a call back from him, ever. I called 4 weeks later & reminded him that he was supposed to call me weeks ago & he just said "yeah". I said I still needed help with my 401k & he said again he didn't know anything about 401ks so he put me on hold, came back & said I would have to call the other US Bank in Simi as they are the ones who took care of 401ks. Why didn't he didn't just tell me that 4 weeks earlier? He did not speak to me as a professional banker, his tone was more of my kid brother. Basically, if you choose a job in customer service, make sure you know how to speak to customers & when you say you're going to do something, follow through & DO IT!

They will rob you and call it a check hold. They told me 7 business days and it's now been 9. They claim the other bank won't answer them only to find out the other bank released funds on day 2. They are starting. They are a horrible bank and i can't wait to close my account.

What a JOKE. They cannot cash my paycheck that is drawn on their bank. The little POS behind the counter is scared to face me. There has to be a law or something. All I can say is don't bank here if you make more than $10k cause they don't have the funds to cover it.

Came here yesterday with my Dad because he needed something notarized and inquired about a wire transfer. They said they no longer have a notary! Wth? The lady wasn't very helpful. Went over to the ups store and got it done immediately. Glad I don't bank here.

Ok service but not happy with going to 3 different us banks to ask for the free checks I was promised and had not received. Other than that they are ok
