I've had my car serviced twice now, and very satisfied with the experience! They did a full inspection on the car, for free, when I was in the process of purchasing it from CarMax in 2023. I was able to take that report to CarMax to get some of the maintenance done for free. For the continued maintenance some 10 months later, they let me know all the maintenance items that were recommended. Though the manufacturer recommendations might be "overkill" when it comes to maintenance, I know that and I was able to prioritize what needed to be done and they gave me a discount when I asked for it. The shuttle service is great. Happy customer!

We paid $377 for a Multipoint Safety Inspection for our 2004 Toyota Sienna that was mostly useless - impossible to tell what maintenance we should do first. Many of the components showed no status at all, just a meaningless note: "Guest will take care of. When my wife dropped off the van they would need about 4 hours, but it turned into 3 DAYS. Basically the only useful thing they did was change the oil.Meanwhile, we've gotten prompt and USEFUL information from the same Multipoint Safety Inspection at Thousand Oaks Toyota. When we explained this, Manish basically told us they needed MORE money and time to find out what fixes are priority. And he said that I should have been there to get this information. That shouldn't be necessary at all - the report should show the information we paid for.This was a waste of our time and money. It would have been a better use of our time and money to get the BASIC service Toyota did at a Jiffy Lube or Walmart.

If you need a Toyota go to Simi Valley Toyota and look for Issac O' Farrill!!! I have never bought a Toyota because the dealers I have been to in the past always had crazy mark ups or just Super rude employees. This dealer however was a complete opposite I came in to kill some time on my lunch and Issac came out right away to help me I told him I was on lunch and just looking most sales guys would of just walked away at that point but Issac didn't he took his time to show me around and talk to me about upcoming deals. I agreed to come back the following weekend and Issac never lost contact with me. He sent me all the deals and information on the Tacoma I wanted. no other sales man had done that. I came in that following weekend and everything went smooth as butter super glad I came here and super glad that I met Issac he was honest about everything and never pushy. To me that means everything!! We will be returning customers that's for sure! A+ 10/10 Thank you loving the new Taco!!

I decided to join the Toyota family and buy a Camry. I feel so domesticated letting go my BMW for a family sedan, but such is life. I don't really have patience for the whole car buying process, so I did my research prior to buying the car with the hopes it would help expedite the process.Vehicle appraisal and trade - Nicki Sawhill was my first contact . I Appreciate her up front transparency with my trade- In and quick responses to all my email inquires . We were right there with what I wanted for my car and what they were offering. KBB value was good enough for what I wanted.Sales- My sales guy was Leo Negrete. Leo was great from start to finish. Leo patiently answered all my questions and made me comfortable during the whole negotiation. I appreciate that he set up all my apps and went over all the gadgets until I was comfortable. Finance- Paul was my finance contact and made the whole paper signing easy and fast .We went over all the add ons and he thoroughly went over all the different prices and options. I loved that he broke down all the numbers and guided me through the differences between getting financed with Toyota or my Credit Union. At the end of the day after dealing with many Toyota dealerships Simi Valley is where I found the car and deal I wanted. Not too many places have the blackout shadow package I was looking for , but Simi Toyota came through and had it in stock. I am going to miss my car ( I love you Betsy) Thanks for all the memories. But I am excited to make new memories with my new Camry ( Hi Jasmine) welcome aboard.

July 2023 i walked in to their lot to check 2023 Tacoma 4x4 TRD Off Road. Sean and Mike gave me an AMAZING deal. I dropped the ball on it, thought my agent from other dealership can match it... Sean is very consistent updating me on inventory. I came back and drove the truck out. Thanks to Sean, Mike, and Mario to make it happened. And they deserve promotion. Overall Toyota Simi Valley, buyer experience and customer service is 10/10.
