Called 2 days in advance scheduled an appointment with Leena for my daughter when she comes in for her appointment she waits for 30 mins before she was seen and by someone else not even Leena all I got was I’m sorry we were busy my guess they are over booking great that their busy but what’s the reason of scheduling an appointment if your not going be seen at your appointment time or with the person your scheduled with. Definitely not going back our time is valuable just as theirs.

I got a basic pedi, so I didn’t expect much. The gal who did my toes was fine, but seemed a bit rushed and distracted. What I intensely disliked was when the gal who did a pedi on the person next to me took their shoes and dumped them onto mine. My brand new shoes had dirt stains from the bottom of someone else’s shoes. Gross! And such bad customer service. Then I’m done and start to walk to the front to go pay, and the guy starts yelling at me, asking where I’m going! I guess he thought I was some criminal who got my toes done and ran away in the little paper shoes! Anyway, it was an awful experience. I definitely won’t be back.

Quality is poor. Very nice staff but just getting you in and out. It wasn't very busy but even after me asking to get my cuticles cleaned up and to even the polish. The quality stayed the same.

All the ladies here are super sweet. Every time I leave I'm always happy with my pink & white acrylics that Lily does... Lisa also does a great job when I see her. Pedicures are also always done very well. My gel polish on my toes never chips. Best salon in Simi by far. Highly recommend! ?
