I had a very troubling experience with this tire shop. They replaced my tire three weeks ago, and today, one of my wheels failed while driving because the lug nuts were over-tightened. I nearly crashed due to this issue.
When I went back to the shop today to address the problem, they didn’t even offer to replace the damaged lug nuts. Instead, they wanted to charge me $5 for each screw, even though three of the lug nuts had broken in half. I’d also have to buy the lug nuts. They also tried to blame my driving, which is ridiculous since I’ve only driven 4 times since they put the tires on. And given that I drive with my baby most of the time I’m overly cautious to not hit bumps or speed in anyway.
If they had at least offered to replace the bolts, I would have bought the tire and had it replaced. But given their lack of responsibility and customer care, I can't recommend this shop at all. I’ll also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for not properly training their technicians and putting customers at risk.

I had to come in to this shop because of my careless driving, i hit a curb and needed a new tire. JR was super informative of what he could do best for me given that I had scratched the side of my wheel and said that is not something they can fix. He priced me for the tire and started the quick service. Meanwhile I am waiting only 10 minutes for this to be handled, this rude guest decided his issues were more important and cut the line of people waiting! I have to give it to JR and his team, this client came in, trying to convince, I think even himself, that the wheel had been damaged by the shop more than three weeks back, I hear over his tantrum moment. I only write this in my review because it actually took me 10 minutes longer to leave due to the fact I could not be charged out because this man did not want to own up to his careless driving just like I came in for. I appreciate JR and his tech’s for servicing so quickly and their friendly customer service.

First time here. The best! I had a metal shard in my tire. Luckily they said it didn't puncture the tire, they looked at it, took it out. They did everything within 10 minutes.
I was worried they didn't have any availability, I called 40 minutes before they closed! I called and they said come in.

These guys impressive to watch.
One tire patched and the rest rotated.
They open at 8and i'm back on the road at 8:10.

I got treated horribly here. When I pulled up the people just glared at me like I was not supposed to be there or something. I said hello like any normal person would, and they all just stared at me like I was an alien. I felt like it was better to just leave than let people who are giving me dirty looks work on my car. Bad customer service here in my experience. Usually places want a customers money, this place repelled me as a customer instead.

I had a great experience at Tony’s Tires. My car had one tire was looking worse than the others, so I thought I’d replace just that one and gain a few more months before replacing all four. I pulled into Tony’s small lot, explained the situation, and they rolled out a good candidate tire to show me before installing it. Kinda felt like I was in a fancy restaurant and had to pick out a lobster from the tank before, you know, eating it.
The tire looked good to me (I didn’t eat it, though), and they quoted me a reasonable flat fee that included installation. 15 minutes later, the work was done.
When I went to pay, I got to meet the man himself, Tony. He rang me up, and it was the exact same amount he quoted – no surprise fees or charges. A man of his word.

Sheesh good tire shop i dont even live in this city. I had a flat tire went down to the shop gave me a good price for a tire and installation and did the job quick. 10/10

Don’t let outside looks fool you, Tony and his team know their stuff and will treat you right. My swap of my spare onto my flat alloy plus a good used replacement spare - $60 in half an hour. Go next door to Firestone I bet they would have soaked me $400. Real talk.
