Went there yesterday to get tire rotated and talked to them about balancing. After inspecting my truck and looking at my half life tires they didn't want to touch them and Immediately starts printing out new tires for me to pick. I told him I don't Need new tires it's plain to see that. And with out taking a tire off or doing anything he said I need new tires and we can't rotate or balance my tires. Rotation of tires is a normal everyday thing, it's needed to insure the life of your tires and with them being only a year old they just need a Rotation. Any other tire shop would do it, not the tire pros because there pro at ripping you off and scaming normal people into buying new tires. Good thing I know and work on my own vehicles to not get screwed. Oh and I had a noise coming from under my truck when backing up, I know exactly what it is (steering pump) and there mechanic comes out and says it's my gear box hahahaha I don't have a gear box cuz it's not 4x4.... shows how much these con artists know. The devil is the nicest person you will ever meet! And apon reading other reviews it would seem the manager can tell if you know your car and if you do they turn you down and tell you they can't fix your car, because they know your smart and will not be taken advantage of, this is a construct of a true con man!

Simi Valley Tire Pros, is just as advertised. Professional. I walked in, thinking my 2016 Hyundai Tuscon needed a new alternator, but needed a new battery instead. Thanks to Joe's expertise and crew, this saved me $600. I've been going to Tire Pros for year's and will continue to go back.

Unfortunately my tire was too bald to repair so I bought two front tires they had them on very quickly the service was great my only complaint is that when I was handed my invoice there was a little section called free alignment check and it said that I declined that… I was never asked about if I wanted my alignment checked for free I would’ve said yes cause I’ve had some concerns about it and I’ll take anything free hahah other then that great

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to this location on 6/27/24 as I had a flat tire. The manager in the shop went outside and saw the tire that was taken off of my car. He came back and advised me that my tire had shreds of tire inside of it and that it needs to be replaced with a new TIRE that is compatable with Teslas. I've had my car since 2018 and this is the first tire shop that advised me of this. He put "air" in the tires. I drove down to TIRES BUY MARK in Canoga Park and the guy took the tire out and saw a big fat nail inside the tire. He said who told you that your tire was not repairable and I said Simi Valley Tire Pros. He shaked his head and said they tried to rip you off.
I called the shop at 4:50 today (6/27/24) and spoke with the manager at the shop. I told him how could you scam a woman like this.. is it cause I am a woman? He then hung up the phone on me and called me back and left a voicemail stating that the "line got disconnected" haha. I'll be filing a report with the BBB as well. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Had to replace two damaged tires before driving to the Bay Area. I called at 10 in the morning and tires were delivered to the shop later the afternoon.
Arrived around 4 and they had me out the door within about 45 minutes!
Their prices were better than Tire Rack and there weren’t any shipping fees! This place has great customer service and prices!

Been a customer for over 10 years now with a new owners they rotated my tires three times. The tires weren’t even halfway worn and they will not rotate them again. John was very nice. He just explained it’s the new policy of the new owners. They can’t rotate them they want you to buy new tires Dissatisfied sad to say will never go there again
