This Tillys is never too busy, 20 yards from any parking, but a nice view of other shops on the way, like...Vans!When I arrived for a couple of things, I saw a fresh, fully stocked store! You want, they probably have!!! ?

I would leave no stars if I could. This manager was unprofessional and cared about nothing. It's amazing the store is still there. I simply tried to exchange my sons underwear that were purchased earlier at another Tillys, and when compared to his current ones that he has they were too small. They were still in the packaging clearly, not worn Tags attached and he would not do it. But thankfully, the Thousand Oaks store would. I will never shop at the store again. I'm sure the store will be closed soon anyways. Good luck to that manager. Getting another job.

This was the absolute worst Tillys my husband and I have been to. The girls working were so rude and no help. I use to work in customer service and their attitudes will drive more customers away. Don't work in an industry that requires you to be friendly and helpful if you are incapable of doing those two things.

I want to start off by saying these employees were nice and very cute personalities! They seemed like they were having fun together, it was just the two of them working. I was looking around for a little while with a stack of clothes in my hand. Then went to the dressing room, they were so engaged in their conversation they didn't hear me ask for help so I had to walk to the registers. (I was the only one in the store at this point) she followed me back and let me in told me to ask for any more sizes if needed. Well it was needed and again they were at the register corner giggling and laughing. I am a capable human so I just grabbed the new size myself. I finished up then went to the registers. Well now they were in the middle of the store and it took another few minutes for one of them to come help me check out. I understand what it's like to be a teen working with friends, it's fun, but I hope their manager can train them to improve on their customer service and being more attentive. It will benefit them much in the future! With their fun personalities they definitely have potential. Overall I was a little annoyed because the last time I was here a dark haired girl saved a dressing room for me and was super attentive and present.

If I could just not even give a star I would totally give a 0. Though since I didn't quite get the sweet petit Asian girls name I'll leave the one start for her even though she deserve 5. As to the rest and I won't name names because I'm not that horrible... but they know who they are. I walked in frustrated because I've been trying to exchange merchandise I ordered back in March. I've been holding on to my receipts and when I was ready to go and exchange I can't find them. I have copies of them through my email and since I paid through Afterpay I así had that as my receipt. I spent about $768.00 on clothing for my son and half of it didn't fit him. It was his size but apparently the size on the pants comes smaller than normal. Then due to the pandemic and closures, it had been hard to come and EXCHANGE the merchandise. I walked in and it seemed good. Another Asian girl was helping me and was also very polite and told me they would be closing in 7 min. So I rushed to grab my stuff. Apparently I didn't know that connection sucks in that area. So I couldn't pull up my receipts. It took me forever to get them running back n forth outside to get some signal. Then I come back and the Asian girl is gone, and there's a young man waiting for me. So I get told no they can't exchange it as it must be with the receipt. I give them the order number and receipt number that I have and they can't find it. I'm told by one of the ladies " You have to hurry up because we have to close and they have school tomorrow!" I found that very rude and unprofessional. On top of that I was told by her " Also tomorrow we are closed!" Which was a lie because they are open today! I called the company talked to them and it's been a back n forth issue between Tilly's store and Tilly's warehouse. All I am trying to do is get an even exchange of 8 pants so my son could have something that fits him to wear on his first day back to school. Well they made it very difficult. Even when I was there after I asked for their names so I knew who I'd had spoken, one of the young ladies started laughing. I said; I don't understand the joke that you seem to find so funny? As I gave her a stern stare in disapproval of her unprofessional attitude. Though what can you expect when it's run by teenagers who have nothing to lose if they lose their job. They have mama and papa at home willing to swift them up from their burden of apple game app bills. I say this because they seem to be more connected with their phone screen than their actual customers. Either was very disappointed in the entire company itself. I hope they close it down. I don't know what was I thinking buys stuff from here. Target and kohl's have way better prices and extended quality material than they Tilly's does. I washed a shirt a few times and it look like it's a year old already. Materia quality is horrible don't waste your time or money on buying stuff here.

I walked into Tilly's my first time didn't know what it was, and I'm glad I went in. The store was very organized and the employees were very helpful. I love the selection of gear they had. This is the best place in Simi to level up your fashion. I actually plan on going back today to get a fit for my nephew! Anyways when I visited a gentleman, I believed named Brendan helped me and got me sorted out with all the shoes I wanted and was very helpful with helping me find and chose what shoes I should get. There was also a young lady that was there that helped me pick out a nice set of frames, that I literally wear everyday and received many compliments for. Thank you guys for all the help you're a fantastic team!

I walk through a girl and a boy worker who are talking. No greeting, smile, or question if I need help. And there conversation just continues as if I'm not there. And then I check out and I'm waiting for a while cus no one was in the front or even near the register. That's all! Hope management gets a little better cus I really like this store otherwise.

This is by far the worst Tilly's location that I've ever been to. The employees have little to no knowledge about the products they are selling. They also have no intention of trying to help you with ANYTHING while you're there. During the holidays I was shopping for sunglasses for my boyfriend and I asked multiple questions about different brands. The employee "helping me" said he didn't know any of the answers to my questions and made no attempt to ask any of his coworkers. Finally, I find a pair that I like so I go up to the register to pay. Before he rings me up I double check that my boyfriend will be able to return or exchange these glasses in the event that he doesn't like them or they don't fit correctly. The employee then tells me that all of their sunglasses are final sale.. you can't even get store credit. I found that to be really weird because usually during the holidays stores will at least give a short period of time where they will allow an exchange or return for store credit. So I decided to leave empty handed but the employee seemed extremely annoyed that I had not bought anything... so needless to say, I will not be going back to this location. If this place wants to stay afloat they are going to need to find some more friendly employees who are willing to learn about not only their products but also about their company policies.
