Andrew was absolutely wonderful with his knowledge on the different mattresses after finding out individual sleep requirements - mattress firmness, cooling etc. There was no rush to decide. Their price is definitely higher than tempurpedic website or discount warehouses but you do get great personal service at this local Simi Valley business. The 90 day trial period is standard for that manufacturer no matter where you buy it but it's a nice perk. My only negative was their "white glove delivery" which was less than expected especially with the higher mattress price. Positives were great customer service and store selection! I still give them 5 stars despite disappointment with delivery guys.

The Sleep Shoppe ended up being exactly what we needed. Andrew our sales person, was incredibly helpful! He was more than happy to answer all our questions. Even though we wouldn't let him, he offered to take every bed off the base so that I could lay on it more easily. I would hands-down recommend this store to anyone looking for a bed. Thank you Andrew for helping us find the bed we wanted!

It is with great pleasure that I award this mattress store all 5 stars because they truly deserve it... especially Andrew, our sales associate. I entered the store thinking we'll be in there 30 minutes tops, and I knew there was no way I wanted one of those Tempur-pedic mattresses, and we'll just take a quick spin around the store and see what's what. Wellllll, guess what..... a very relaxing, pleasant 3.5 HOURS later, we walked out having purchased one of those Tempur-pedic mattresses.Andrew was my favorite kind of sales associate. No pressure whatsoever, happy to offer information (and lots of it), and he even had a good sense of humor, which I always appreciate. He spent as much time with us as possible, yet he left us to speak independently of him, too. We ended up buying exactly what I thought I wouldn't want, one of those Tempur-pedic mattresses, but we also bought a "HYBRID" version, which felt perfect to me. We also bought one of their cooling mattresses, which DEFINITELY makes a difference especially for someone like me who is heat intolerant, and we purchased the adjustable kind of mattress, so we could raise our heads and/or feet if we want. I loved that option, especially as we're getting older. We may have taken a great deal of time to decide, but honestly, Andrew was quite thorough, and he wanted us to be 100% pleased with our decision... especially with as much money as we were about to spend. Let's just say that with as much time that had elapsed since our last mattress purchase, the price doubled. Not shocking, but still, a big hit to our savings. OUCH !!Unfortunately, we are still waiting for our mattress... through no fault of anyone's. The size we wanted was not readily available, of which we were informed up front, and thus, we'd have to wait a couple of weeks. I'm just impatient and want to get it already, but we agreed to wait, so wait, we will. Hopefully, it will arrive on the date listed on our order form. Fingers crossed. If you are in need of a mattress, come to this store. They carry all major brands, lots of mattresses to try, and with their wealth of knowledge and desire to help (without the pressure), the sales associates will fit you with the right kind of mattress for what you want and/or need.

Came here for a mattress based on the Yelp reviews...I was so happy that I did! Steve was great! Had my new mattress in 4 days AND the removal of my old mattress & install of the new took less than 5 minutes! Impressed from beginning to end! I will definitely be purchasing my next mattress from the Sleep Shoppe!

I have never purchased a mattress from a store before so this was my first time visiting. Andrew acknowledged us the moment we walked through the day. He was very patient and invested a lot of time during our visit. This was a major purchase for me so I needed to make sure I found the perfect mattress for my needs. He explained the products without 'selling' me. I appreciated his patience and willingness to help the best he could. I highly recommend him.

I had a great experience purchasing a new mattress & foundation. I did everything online, then called the store directly to complete the transaction. Steve was very helpful, with no pressure. Everything was delivered in a timely manner. Delivery guys were great. I will definitely refer our friends to The Sleep Shoppe. Very pleased.

We bought our first mattress here about 9 years ago. The service was tremendous then and nothing changed when we walked in today to purchase a new mattress. Alex immediately greeted us, and was so knowledgeable about all things mattresses! He took time to explain every single kind and gave us time to try them all out. It was a fantastic experience, and we really appreciate Alex's time and professionalism. We are excited for our new bed in a few weeks. Thanks Alex and Sleep Shoppe!

The best mattress store around. Steve was so helpful and kind, he really took his time to understand what we needed in a mattress. The process was easy and Steve made it an enjoyable experience! We cannot wait for our new mattress and are so thankful we found The Sleep Shoppe.

The customer service at the store is fantastic. I bought my mattress and box spring there a couple of years ago and decided I wanted to change to an adjustable bed frame. They were able to confirm that the mattress I already purchased would work and also able to get me a nice frame or base at a great price. I spoke to Steve and then Richard at this location and they were both wonderful. I will definitely be going back to the store for future needs

Overdue for a new mattress, my wife and I decided to stop here after a Costco run. Richard was VERY helpful and with his guidance we narrowed down our options and made the purchase. Less than 30 minutes. Great selection, attractive prices (based upon what we see advertised online and in TV ads), easy checkout.

My husband and I have been throwing the idea around about getting a new mattress for some time. After 2 large (90+ pound) and one newborn, we finally decided it was time. When we walked into The Sleep Shoppe, Steve C. was attentive, informative, and patient with us (we had a lot of questions!). We are super excited for better sleep in the coming days and personally wanted a thank Steve for all the help.
