I waited to write this review to see if my Dip manicure held up and it did! I've had some bad dip experiences here in Simi but this place was great. Will be going back soon!

this place is ok. the plus side of this place is that it’s cheap. where else can you find a regular pedicure for $25? but they will push their other services on you. whenever i get the $25 pedicure they always push the other treatment plans on me. not unusual though, as most places will. however, i feel they don’t put in as much effort into the quality of their work when you get the cheap plan because they don’t care as much that you won’t be paying more. then, as i was leaving and had my card out to pay, she just stared at me, not prompting the checkout. and after an awkward moment, she asked me if i have cash for the tip. it was not very appropriate to ask a customer for a tip like that, but i had intended to always tip anyways and i did. i came here 3 times because of the cheap pedicure price but im not sure if ill be back. maybe it is worth it to pay more for better service.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! 4 days after i wrote this review, while i was getting a pedicure, i have now gotten an infection probably due to poor cleanliness in this establishment. do not even think about coming here

A friend of mine came here to get her nails done. The staff were really rude and even made my friend cry. She asked for a refund since she didn’t get the nails she paid for. The color base shade was not right and on top of that each nail had a different design. Even one of the nails was cracked because of how aggressive the workers were. I do not reccomened this place, any other place where they offer nails would be better. Honestly for better nail work you have a higher chance of going to Home Depot. At least there you will get the nails you pay for. 1/5 rating

Horrible experience took my sister, miscommunication happened, unprofessional how they handled the interaction. Would not recommend. Made my sister cry. Wouldn’t choose this business at all.

The service here is wonderful, all of the staff is very personable and welcoming to new and returning customers! My nails look absolutely beautiful and my nail tech was amazing and put a lot of care into this manicure!

Highly recommend this salon. Friendly team, clean location and amazing service. I get bio and gel color to help my nails grow and stay strong. I used to get just gel and my nails would break. Now I get both and my nails stay strong.

I visit California (Simi Valley) about 3 months out of the year and have my nails done here during this time for the past two years. I love how my nails look every time and all of the staff there are always so welcoming. I highly recommend them!

This was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten, my nails are all filed wrong, totally different lengths. The lady pulled my pinky toe out so far, it hurt so bad and the next day it was bruised.
They were cooking something in the back that smelled disgusting, it was wafting through the entire salon, I wanted to barf.
I would never go back and suggest no one else does either. Worst experience ever....

I will never revisit this nail salon again. I left with painful nails due to the lady filing down my natural nail too much. Even if I told her I have sensitive nails. If I could give a negative star I would.I came in asking for a nail dip, I was told gel based nails were better. Had a hard time understanding the tech too.Then I asked for a specific natural looking color before we started but at the end was given a close enough color due to it being discontinued.However, upon reexamining my nails when I got in the car all of them we're unevenly made. I couldn't stay any longer due to other commitments for the day.

I love this place! I have had to use other nail spas due to moving around and am ALWAYS happy to come back here! They take such care and do such a great job and really take their time to clean up your cuticles, they do 3 coats of gel and 2 coats of top coat each time! Everyone is so friendly and give great suggestions! I have used several nail specialists including Hanna who I just love!Service: Gel manicures

I had a really nice experience here today. I called to see if I could just come in without an appointment and the lovely lady on the phone said, "Yes, come in!" I got great service from Tam and Helen. They were lovely and actually did my nails exactly how I asked for them. They were fast, provided good attention to detail and were very kind. The young lady at the front who I spoke with on the phone cared about my experience and asked how everything was and if I was happy with my service. I felt listened to and valued as a customer. I will for sure be back! My nails look amazing and I am happy! Thanks so much!!

So happy leaving this salon with the set I envisioned! I came in as a walk-in never being here before and was greeted and seated immediately. My girl Tracy did an amazing job!!! Most salons don't carry jelly polish or even know what I'm talking about when I ask for it but Tracy knew exactly what I wanted and she had soooo many colors to choose from, so I chose them all!
