I highly recommend Technology & Operational Solutions, Inc. (TOpS) for their fulfilment services. They are small but extremely well equipped and capable. They are small enough to give personal attention to the many situations that arise with fulfillment instead of forcing the seller to interact with a large software maze.I had packaging problems with one of my shipments, and TOpS loaned me a conference room to correct the problem, allowed disposal of trash, hand carted boxes of my shipment to and from the fulfilment warehouse to my workroom, and sold me supplies at cost. I will never forget their kindness.Their costs are competitive, and they give full service such as telephone answering, gift wrapping, and special care wrapping. Whatever you need, they can do. TOpS is computerized so that you can check on the progress of orders, etc. They also do shipments to Amazon.Sandy and her team have been together for a long time. If you do business with them, you will feel like they are your team.

I recently purchased a clothing company that has used TOpS for fulfillment for over a decade. Sandy and her team have been an amazing asset to me, the new owner. The customer service they provide for my company is prompt and top notch. When I reach out to TOpS with questions or requests I alway get a response that day, and often within one hour. It has been a challenge to run an online clothing company during the Covid 19 pandemic. However, I have been amazed at the service that TOPs has provided during this time. They haven't missed a beat and all of my orders have been shipped and received in record time. As a matter of fact, I get comments from customers weekly regarding how quickly they received their packages. Thanks to TOpS, we are still going strong!

We have been doing business with TOPS since 2005. We are the North Pend Oreille Valley Lions Club. We operated an excursion train ride for many years and now operate and excursion pedal rail rider on the same track. Lionsrailriders.com. Since 2005 Tops has taken all of our call in and email in excursion reservations. Quality and customer service is a high priority and they perform flawlessly. Excellent service and very attentive to customer needs. Always go the extra mile to satisfy customer and to resolve issues if they arise. Dependable to work with as your business grows especially in challenging times such as now. Fully automated with links to various sales platforms (Shopify etc) and inventory management. Highly recommended as your fulfillment center for domestic and international sales for servicing B2B or B2C customers.

I have used TOPS to fulfill and ship my orders, as well as to act as my customer service representative on numerous occasions, and they have done an incredible job every time. My product has been on Good Morning America and The View 3 times, and I sold over 10,000 units each time.
