What started as a simple swap out of a phlange on a drain stopper became a $500 job a few weeks later but I digress, this place had what i needed after going to 6 different plumbing supply stores. The phlange would not catch on the old drain assembly so I went back and bought a new drain assembly from them and installed it myself. The install went great and then the P trap started to leak, replaced the P-trap and the 90 elbow angle started to leak. After wrenching and banging the elbow joint it was hopeless so I finally broke down and called a plumber. They cleared the line after 90 minutes of snaking and cut off the elbow joint to replace it with a new plastic elbow and P trap and the sink works and drains great. I kept the other P-trap for my rentals just in case. Sorry if this is more of a rant than a review but the plumbing store saved my butt as least in the very beginning. The prices are also very reasonable!!

AWESOME!!!!! They saved me $450 between the purchase of new shower assembly and hiring a plumber! I only spent $13 to replace a part..... they are 100% essential!

This is where plumbers go to buy their supplies. I was looking to replace my bathroom fixtures and didn't like anything I saw at HD or Lowes; I dropped by a specialty store and found what I liked but learned their lead-time was ~3 weeks on the Moen faucet I liked. Tapo Plumbing ordered the same part for me and got it in stock in 3 days. I didn't have to prepay, I just told her what I wanted and she called me when it arrived. I've been here several times since and will continue to give them business when I can. Ana is no nonsense but knows her stuff and was very helpful to me; the trades people that frequent this place seem to have a good rapport with her too. The store is a bit hidden but once you find you're way, I doubt you'll go elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

This is where you buy your plumbing supplies this lady knows everything. I bought an American Standard water heater and it wouldn't lite. A plumber was at the store and heard the phone call and said what is your address and showed up and showed me how to lite the pilot properly , what a great service this place is you got to be kidding me , what a great place if business this is. And he didn't charge me. Are you kidding me, what nice people we have in this world

After going to another large plumbing supply here in Simi Valley, who didn't seem to know anything about my problem... As I walked into Tapo Plumbing, the woman behind the counter said to me, "oh, Delta tub handle", as she noticed what I was carrying in my hand ( first indication she knew her stuff ). After telling her that I could not find a hex wrench to fit the set screw ( which apparently was not a standard SAE or metric size ), she came up with the perfect solution to my problem. I was truly impressed and very grateful.

He said he wishes he hadn't wasted his time going all around town when Tapo plumbing was able to help right away. Great selection and competitive prices. They have things you can't really find at Home Depot or Lowes. Just had a water heater installed by a plumber I met there. He had the best quote of all seven bids for the project. And he did an incredible job!

Very cool small business. I showed up with broken bath fixtures and photos. They hooked me up with new parts 50% cheaper than a Simi Valley competitor. They were way more friendly as well.
