The staff at Sports Rags n Tags are friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of product vast. Kathy amazed me with the design of our school leadership shirt. My orders have been finished in a timely manner and have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Sports Rags n Tags, Simi Valleys very own Bling Store.

I had a total opposite experience from the previous customers... I just recently made a purchase and I was very happy with the product. My product was received on time and I would definitely do business with them again. SMH to the other reviews only cause it was so off from my personal experience... I'll be placing additional orders in the near future.

Well this is all too funny to me, I really wish I would have read all these reviews before dealing with these people. Scammers, horrible customer service, doesn't even begin to describe this so called business. I also never received my shirts until approximately 2 months after purchase and this heavy set woman goes and charges my credit card "TWICE" without my permission. I call to find out why I was charged twice and of course NO answer to any of my calls or messages, till this day I was never refunded my money. Now about the product, most of the rhinestones have fallen off and when washed even more stones fell off. I have heard so many horror stories about this woman and her prices are exaggerate, I'm filing a complaint with the business bureau in attempt to put this woman out of business. In the mean time people BEWARE!!! Stay away.

If I could rate this company zero or negative stars, I would. I go out of my way to support local businesses. When this company set up a booth at our Little League opening day, I was excited about the quality and look of the product. I was promised my custom sweatshirt within 10 days. Six weeks later, the owner of the business, who was initially responsive, has cashed my check but refuses to answer my phone calls, texts, or emails about the whereabouts of my item. And unfortunately, I am not the only person who bought items that day and has not received them. Steer clear, folks. Update: After three months of emails and phone calls from myself and the board of directors for our little league as well as threats of small claims actions, the company sent me a check (short by $1) and a too-small tank top that I will never wear (I never received the sweatshirt that I ordered). Adding insult to injury, the check bounced and my bank charged me an additional $18 for the pleasure of doing business with an unethical, serviceless company.

Unfortunately after writing her an in depth email she did not respond and will not pick up her phone... unfortunately many other people have the same complaint I have had regarding this business from the same little league park. I have filed a claim with my bank, and she said the only way to put this lady out of business from her business practices is to report her to the police. I'm more than willing to do that if others are in it with me! contact me through here.

I to have had the worst experience with this business. I left her my 2 decals to be placed on two shirts I purchased from her back in January 2012 and I still have recieved anything. She has not responsed to my emails or calls. Buyer beware!!!!!!
