Very poor on a recent visit. A young blond lad at the desk was arrogant and rude. As a result, I drove to Vegas to the Gun Store instead where the customer service was excellent.

First time customer. Mixed review which I will revisit & review again upon final completion of sale. I special ordered a new site product. I waited a week to pick it up. I never received a call that it came in so I decided to drive over and see if it came in today. At the counter they said it came in but couldn't find it set aside. The employee than walked over to the site cabinet and it looked like he picked one out from the shelf. In my opinion, It looked like a demo one to be honest because everything in box was disorganized and not sealed. The glass also looked not clean. I rejected the sale and requested another to be ordered. Disappointed to say atleast. Im considering a potential membership and some other things. Not a great start. Update: Manager called me a short period afterwards and made everything right. I pick up next week. Customer service improved. Thank you

My wife and I took a first time gun safety class. We got excellent instruction, including corrective guidance on operation, stance, grip, aiming, and more. Our instructor Don was patient, expert, and friendly. Time with him on the range was a blast (pun intended). We're looking forward to more!

If you are looking to take a firearms course - this is the place. I was really nervous at first, but Don and the amazing team made it easy. Don is an incredible instructor! I felt safe and knowledgeable enough to manage and shoot a firearm-safely. Goal achieved.

I have been to a lot of shooting ranges and this one by far is the best, not only are the facilities excellent but the staff is the most helpful and go out of the way to ensure safety and provide excellent service. To name just one of the many Justin took his time to help myself and my wife become better with our gun handling. even though I have a range that's five minutes away from my house I still drive 30 minutes to get to this range every time I go shooting. Highly recommend to both Advanced and new shooters to take advantage of the great facilities and service

Smokin' Barrel has been my go to spot for range shooting over the last few years and while only shooting my fathers firearms I recently expressed interest into making my own purchase and the staff have been over the top when it comes to helping with any questions about purchase options. Ryan helped me with my purchasing process and welcomed me to handle any of the firearms I was interested in and showed me each firearms features and what might be pros and cons to peoples personal liking, having that hands on experience and knowledge of differences in options helped clear up what could be a difficult hang up on a final choice. Ryan and the rest of the staff were also very informative on what options had the best value for what I would be using my firearm for either being regular range shooting at SB or at a further outdoor range in my case. Today was my first day breaking in my new firearm and let me say definitely a well made decision! Thanks again Smokin' Barrel! See you all at the range soon!

This place is awesome and is very welcoming of new shooters. The range master saw me struggling with placing accurate shots and gave some tips that immediately improved my performance. I’m a fan, will definitely return for more training

I have purchased 2 guns from the shop from ed and my brother has purchased 2-3 guns here as well. The staff is always helpful and very respectful and same with the range guys inside. The girl at the range check in is always polite as well. Overall great store and range and the owner Link and the employees make you feel welcomed. Love their specials on 9mm cases of 1k rounds for 270

On-range help was EXCEPTIONAL!! I brought a new shooter and Ken went above and beyond to help and educate her on shooting techniques that improved her grouping immediately. He even resolved a new gun sticking issue by lubing it which resolved the issue. This is an EXCEPTIONAL range!!
