First off, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of smoking accessories and products available at the shop. It's clear that they cater to a wide range of needs, from traditional smoking products to newer alternatives like vapes. There Customer Service was top notch! While I was primarily looking for a bong, I couldn't help but notice the extensive selection of e-cigarettes, juices, and other smoking accessories they had in stock.

The owners of this smoke shop are a treasure! Not only do they have the best prices on disposable vapes that I found - $20 for the 6000 puff Flume - but they are the sweetest kindest couple.

Undoubtedly the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to! It’s family owned and the owner is such a nice man. He makes me feel good and cared for when I visit his store and doesn’t treat me like just another customer. Smoke Star’s prices are very reasonable and they have a wide selection of products that are high quality. I live in the valley but I make the drive to Simi Valley because that’s how much I love shopping here. I can’t imagine shopping at another smoke shop. Make this your go-to store!

Bad people working. They ask for samples acting as if they want to order then get free samples from over god knows how many companies to sell them and never buy! Thieves!

I got a defective disposable vape pen, as occasionally happens, and the shop would not replace it. I shopped here all the time but won't be any more. Extremely disappointed in the poor customer service support. Friendly service doesn't mean Jack squat if they don't stand behind their product(s).

The proprietor is friendly and for the last 7-8 years, as our sin taxes creep upward, they have consistently had the lowest price among the many, many cigarette merchants I know of in Simi Valley.
