Their customer service is definitely better than most of the other smoke shops in the area but I bought a cutleaf pen and that made me feel irritation in my eyes. I called the store and after a back and forth they agreed to exchange for a total different pen. This new pen doesn’t do anything I feel no affects and I’m not a crazy smoker. I smoke like 3 times a week to sleep. I wouldn’t ever come back.

It seems like my life is trying to find the perfect vape Store. I feel it's price, quality customer service and of course, are returns a possibility.. Do they working with you. I was out there in Simi from Calabasas and I just happened to glance over, see it, That young man who helped me,I can't remember his name was so sweet. super patient and very observant. He made me feel like I was an important customer. You know, like it really mattered , liztened to what I had to say. And he was able to hook me up with just when I needed and at the best price I've ever had. he also added that if something went wrong with my purchase, of course they would work with me to replace or see if they could fix. I was I was so astonished. I could hardly believe it. All the ,'experts ' out there have given me the wrong atomizers. Still,!!!! it is ridiculous, and when something happensed to my $$$$ vape. I come in 2 days later and they have done nothing for me. And I had spent thousands there. I mean, really? So this is a fin you guys.Meeting people like that in businesses is rare, and so I wanted to post this so you'll have a.goid quality pace to go to as well. Just Payin" it forward. Peace.

Been going here for years and it's for the staff; ignore the Karens.Firstly, the owner is warm and hospitable. Absolutely love the guy.Secondly, the current gentleman who works there (with the tight and well-trimmed goatee / moustache combo) has been nothing but rad and respectful. Honestly tried to get me the best rig for my setup without upselling me, which I respect deeply.Would recommend.EDIT: New dude in the DBZ shirt is such a belligerent a-hole that I'm knocking off two stars.

DONT GO THERE!!! I bought numerous vapes at a time here for many years (like 8 at a time or more over like 10 + years). One of them leaked and sputtered , & turned on when tipped upside down, right out of the box. I brought it back tonight. Mike, a guy I haven't seen before, said that although it was defective, it was leaking all over when I showed it to him in its box, it was their policy not to refund or credit it, unless you tried it in the store. So, I was supposed to open 8 to 10 vapes and try them all on the premises? Yes he told me, store policy. When I argued with him, he refused to serve me for the vapes I was purchasing. This was totally humiliating & in front of another customer. He basically threw me out of the store. I was out of them & I asked him to please sell me the ones he already had at the register. He said he was refusing service to me. DONT GO THERE!!!
