Ever since David Beard, the general manager, left this company, the service has gone down the pipes! Our speed has decreased by over 70%. I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED. I suspect that this company may have been sold to another provider. We have been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years and will likely discontinue our account due to the poor service we continue to receive! This is very upsetting as I currently need to use my Iphone hot spot that is actually faster than Siteserver's connection!

I never leave reviews but my experience has been absolutely terrible! The only pleasant part was the installer himself. Unfortunately our installation is still incomplete after a 8 1/2 hour day 5 days ago! I’ve been calling daily since then to see when it will be completed but despite my numerous calls Andrew just flat out will not return my calls. All of this after paying $600+ for installation! Extremely poor customer service!

Our family switched providers and the results show. The speeds and consistency of the network are excellent. The whole team was very friendly and helpful with finding the right plan and scheduling the installation. After the installation, Andrew with the networking department has been very helpful with further improving speeds and explaining future network projects. As a rural household, it's nice to have internet you can rely on that meets the demands of the twenty-first century!

I’ve had satellite internet service for the last 2 years, and it’s so overpriced based on the minimal speeds that they offer. However, I just didn’t have any other choices for internet service providers because I live in a rural area.Well today, was a game changer! I called SiteServer because of an advertisement I received in the mail, just to find out if they had a better option. And, boy did they have one!! They answered all my questions and sent me quote within 15 minutes. After I accepted the offer, an installation appointment was made for next week. An hour later, they called me to let me know a technician was available this afternoon if it was convenient for me. By 5 pm, the equipment was installed and I was up and running with download and upload speeds as promised and then some. An hour later, they called to check-in to make sure I was satisfied with the service. This company exceeded all of my expectations, and I will definitely refer them to others. Thank you, SiteServer.

I just had site server installed at my home after leaving another company that was only giving me about 25mbs and now Site Server is giving me over 100mbs for a comparable price. Noah came to install it and made sure I was set up getting over 100mbs download AND upload before leaving. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Will update this review later should these speeds continue as promised!

Hard. Pass. I got involved with them because I was under the impression I had no other choice in my building. Took about a week to get an appointment. No one would call me back. I emailed, called, filled out their form- nothing. I eventually emailed a "project manager" and got a response. He set my appointment up for Monday (this was Friday). Monday was Labor Day- but okay, I don't know how they operate. I emailed Monday morning for a heads up on when I could expect them. That's when I was notified that they aren't working because of the holiday. Had I not emailed, I would have been waiting all day. It was rescheduled for the next day (Tuesday) and I was told I would hear from their tech in the morning. Morning came and went- I emailed and received a call about an hour later from another rep. He said the tech was ON HIS WAY and would give me a call within a half hour to let me know when he would be here. 2 hours later- I heard nothing. So I had to follow up. Thats the theme with siteserver- you have to follow up. They won't. Hours later, I heard from the tech. He didn't bring everything he needed to set up service (why wouldn't you?!) so he had to come back the next day. We made an appointment for 8am. I showed up and was ready at 8am, but- as I anticipated- tech was a no show. I had to call him several times and eventually he picked up, gave me some lame excuse and was "on his way". An hour later he finally showed up. I honestly hope nothing ever goes wrong with my service. It will take waaaaay too much work to get someone out here from my previous experience. I spent so much time chasing them down, I should have sent them an invoice. The tech also left my wall open. I called to try and get him to come back and fix it. But he didn't pick up or return my message (surprise surprise!) so, did it myself. Thanks siteserver! By the way, it was like pulling teeth to get my service set up but they sent me my first bill REAL quick!!! I had service for about 10 mins before that bill came rolling in. Of course, it wasn't what we had discussed so I had to do MORE WORK to contact someone and get it changed to something closer to what we talked about. Got stuck with their inflated cost modem. $50 modem for $75 even though I had one sitting here for the tech to use- literally the exact same one they gave me. So, not sure why we couldn't use that one

We are in Somis, no cable/fiber, Frontier DSL is limited to 5Mbps up and 0.7Mbps up :-( we switched over to Siteserver wireless microwave link about two months ago and we are getting about 100mbps down and 50mbps up I could not be happier... rock solid for over two months now. Highly recommended if you have a line of sight to one of their antenna sites.

This review is based on the last 2 weeks. As a healthcare provider, we've stayed in business and experienced an issue requiring Siteserver assistance. I've attempted multiple times to contact Siteserver. I was told twice that I would receive a call back and never did. No email response either despite multiple emails sent to them. As an essential business provider, Siteserver's lack of support has left businesses like mine abandoned. Very disappointed in their lack of no response for two weeks now.

My email and website have been hosted through Siteserver since the late 90's. Best hosting deal I've found. Other companies really screw u on email costs where Siteserver does not. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally fast internet speeds at great prices. The price they quote you is the price you'll pay - no bundling required! Siteserver's customer service is second to none. They are much easier to deal with than any of the larger internet companies. Siteserver is a great choice if you are tired of long waits on hold while trying to get to a customer service agent. They are professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I wish I could give them more than five stars. A great company to use if you are looking to "cut the cord".
