I had to pick up a Penske moving truck that I needed for an out of state move.I ordered it online from Pemdke and this location was the pick up spot.I was expediently assisted by the ofc staff upon arrival and was given a new 16 ft truck. We went over the truck to ensure that there were no scratches or dents. I signed all the paperwork and was on my way in under 20 minutes.Was very happy with the transaction and the ofc staff.

Always full. If you want a space for RV storage, get your name on the waiting list and follow up every 30-60 days. Secure facility with a night watch-person. Professional and secure.

We recently rented a space from this facility.. Sherilyn was very helpful and the process was quick. We even had a choice of spaces. After reading some of the reviews, I'm glad we chose this storage facility.

Simi Village RV has been simply the best!!! I have been storing my boat and jet ski's here for the last few years. Every time I have had an issue or concern, Sherylin was more than helpful and really cares. Once you start renting from Simi Village RV, you become part of their family it feels like. I had to move a few of our off road bikes and quads from our house in Oak Park because of the Woolsey Fires. I called and asked if there were empty spaces available. They told me don't worry about it, bring whatever you need to move to our front parking lot as long as you need to. We are here to help you. I am so thankful for this. They cared and it was an amazing feeling in my time of need. What more do you want from a storage facility. I am forever grateful. Xoxo

I've been storing RV's off and on for probably 10 to 15 years at this facility, including travel trailers, 5th wheels, motor homes etc. It's securely fenced with coded access, well lit, has surveillance cameras and onsite management during extended business hours. It's paved, spaces are well marked and the facility is very well maintained. The entire time I've stored vehicles here, I've NEVER had a problem - no rodents, no ants, no break-ins . . . nothing. Very clean and secure storage facility. In addition, Sherilyn, the onsite manager, has been so accommodating over the years - always working with me to get me into a spot, some times on very short notice. If there's a problem or question about the RV (tire low, etc.) while in storage, she'll pick-up the phone and call to let you know. Awesome customer service!! I had to laugh reading a prior review about the "lady owner/manager" being "bossy and controlling". This is the lady who volunteers her time for good causes, has helped me out times too numerous to count and always greets me with a smile and a hug when I stop in to pay rent. Heck - if that is "bossy and controlling", bring it on! I love it! So if you're looking for an RV storage spot, do yourself a favor and check this place out.
