Great experience. Honesty goes a long way when you're shopping for a car. They honored everything the said on phone or in texts. Blake and finance guy couldn't have been more helpful or nice. (Opposite experience at airport ford in Marina del Rey). Save yourself some aggravation and start with Price Ford.

RECALLS!!!!! What a pain in the A**!!!! You have to schedule a day, leave your vehicle and hope to get it back the same day. Not to mention being shuttled back and forth!Had 2 recalls on my 21 F150. Called service to schedule and was informed for these 2 recalls they could send a mechanic to me. WTF???? I had NEVER heard of this before. I apprehensively said okay, knowing in the back of my head this probably wouldn't work out. WOW, did they ever prove me wrong. Scheduled a 10:30a. At 10:30a, the guy was at my gate. Introduced himself as Matt. Very polite and professional. Informed me to replace my wiper motor and address possible wire chafing on my E brake would take him about 45 minutes. About 11:10a Matt was done and on his way!! I truly hope this is a service they keep at least for the constant recalls.MATT WAS AWESOME!!!!

**Service Department** review: 5 stars.The staff is not at fault for this rating. I have to say that my handful of experiences with the service personnel at Price Ford has been mostly positive. The people are great, friendly, and it's clear to me that they've been trained to go the extra mile. Think old school full service gas stations back in the 50s (or so I've seen on TV). Best I can tell, they are earning their salaries and are deserving. **Ownership Review:Here, my issue is quite simple. I cannot believe you charged me 3% to use my credit card. First of all, no one told me that you were going to assess this. This is a MUST. I don't carry a debit card all the time let alone cash (since you don't take checks). I cannot imagine that you are running 1000s of transactions daily that would require to you to pass down your transaction fee to me. I am also confident that you aren't getting dinged for 3% by Visa or Mastercard. So, IMO you are profiting on this bogus charge. I get that a local mom-and-pop doesn't have the margins to absorb service charges on 100s of transactions daily, but a multi-million dollar dealership is another story. Bottom line: Mr. and/or Mrs. Price: you won't see me again.

Bad Veterans Day afternoon for a Retired United States Army Combat Veteran. I would never recommend anybody do business with this dealership. They will choose money over loyalty and word is bond deals. People have lost a real sense of commitment and accountability for anything they do. I found the Acura A Spec I wanted! My sales rep was Brock. The asking price of the car on car gurus was 26+. Brock called me and said good news it was typo and the car is really 24k!!! Great. Till his boss Jim Anderson called me back and told me his “new” employee mad a mistake and the car was 26,888. Not willing to discuss honoring anything his own employee stated to me. The deal was to trade in my truck. Jim told me he owned the car and that selling it he was not making any money as it depreciated. The money would come from the sale of the truck I was trading. I cleaned it. Took pictures . I even got the loan approved from my bank in advance and made the dealership aware so had the financing and my truck that I had to Fall out of love with to make the trade and made special plans to take time on of all days Veterans Day to go Semi Price Ford and drop off my truck and drive home in the Acura as I was even told everything was good to go by Brock. They would have me in and out with a smile on my face in under 2 1/2 hours. I had already looked into accents and blackouts for the as it’s color was black. I had plans! My family was excited.Then not a phone call to tell me anything! I got a text saying they sold the car out from under me , they disregard buying my truck, and then asked me if I wanted to pick a runner up after what they did to me. I text them back a response and was ignored , blown off, and ignored.Brock told me there would be a veteran discount. Most likely another rookie mistake that was not approved by his boss and they didn’t want to work with me because there was no money in it for them after they opened their mouth about price reduction , veteran discounts and taking care of me and my wife so we would be repeat buyers. They never gave us the chance to buy in the first place. Bad business. If they would treat a veteran like this on Veterans Day and never even text or call me back or try to make it right I would tell anybody to find another place to buy a car. Valencia Acura would be the first place to start.This dealership Semi Valley will take five grand from someone else with no care for you feeling or anything they told you or the time you spent. Needless to say we stayed home in Bakersfield and caught the Veterans Day Parade where we live. Our plans were to see the parade there and drive home in the Acura. I got burned and disregarded. Semi Valley Ford, Brock and Jim this dealership makes too much money to crush an average joes dream. This was not appreciated at all. Very disappointing.

Had a great experience with Emily Gomez as our salesperson. Followed Emily after Ford of Ventura closed and felt like we were still in great hands when she moved to Simi Valley. Preordered a 2023 Maverick and there was no funny business. We got the truck at a great price and a good rate. The finance and sales management were great too.

I have a back up camera that needs to be replaced. I first took my Ford Flex in and they said they would have to order the camera as they didn't have one in stock. This was 11/29/2022. It is now 11 months later and they still don't the part. Now when I call after going through their phone system and get to Service or Parts I get the message that this department is closed at this time. This happened yesterday around 3:30 so I figured they just close at 3 PM. I called again, this time at 1 PM and got the same message. Are they going broke or out of business. Now happy at all with this service. Mike Sandford

Let’s start out with their moldy super outdated show room It shows how they are such a lousy dealership can’t even afford to update. Jim Anderson and Kris both some type of managers I guess are lying con artists. They refused to take approved credit from Ford credit and demanded me to fill out their credit application. Then would make up lies about them not being able to find my approved application. Even after speaking directly with ford credit they told me the dealership just needs to call in to assign the application to them. In the end going to go with another dealership that is easier to work with. I’ve never met such difficult dealership to work with even when I was trying to buy a car that has been sitting on their lot for over 140 days. Safe yourself the trouble and go to VISTA FORD OR DCH FORD THOUSAND OAKS. They will treat you way better than these scum bags.

If you want good customer service, updates on your vehicle and you want somebody to take care of you. Your guy is EDGAR. About time they hire somebody who shows that they care for you and care for all your needs. Thank you Ford for hiring somebody like Edgar. Trust me they make a big difference. ***update***This portion applies to service department. When I purchased the Bronco, it was raised by the dealership but when I left dealership we discovered the tire sensors were not working with the new, bigger tires. After much back and forth with my local Ford dealership that's closer to my house, I contacted Brian and his crew about the issue. Brian and Debbie went above and beyond, around my busy schedule, sent a driver to pick my car up, fix it and bring it back to me. It's good to see customer service is still a thing these days. Shout out to Brian and Debbie, again highly recommend.

My car needed 50,000 mile checkup. The Ford of Ventura dealership closed that I purchased my car from so Simi Valley Ford was next close to me. The didn't honor the program I enrolled in for my care care package. The quote for oil change & checkup was well over $1800.00 estimate! After declining, they quoted me $300 for the synthetic oil & filter change only. I went to Bunnin Chevrolet in Fillmore for $89.00 synthetic oil change Got my oil filter at o' Riley's auto parts for $8 original part for my car's specifications.

Super disappointed the service team here, I brought my truck in for the first service about 3 months ago asked for them to change air filter and cabin filter and oil change. Well only thing I got was an oil change after asking them there excuse was "we forgot sorry, we'll make it up on the next one". Well Saturday was the "next one" and they let me down again, service writer didn't take my name just company info ask them to do their multipoint inspection didn't happen, they printed the old inspection form from last time only reason I knew because it had old mileage from last service! Then best part, next service tag was printed with the wrong mileage when clearly the mileage on dash was greater than sticker! Clearly someone doesn't give a crap! Price ford service hope y'all can improve on customer service and communication between service writers and techs!

I was shopping around online for a new explorer to trade in my old one and came across Price Ford… we made the drive from Valencia and it was worth it ..my husband and I had a great experience there. No one was pushy like most dealerships are… Everyone was really nice and Ahmed, the rep that was taking care of us was really knowledgeable and kind. Thanks again for helping us!

Bought a Mustang Mach-E from them, which is a bundle of bad design choices including a moon roof which got cracked 3 months after purchase. Oxnard dealership flat out said that they couldn't do anything about it. Made an appointment for a Sunday. Appointment was changed to Saturday without my notice. No call when I don't appear. I call that afternoon, tell the person that I have an appointment the following day and can they repair it? She says they have to diagnose the issue first. Fair enough. I drive over to Simi Valley and they are closed. 70 mile round trip for nothing. Thanks a lot.
