I've purchased several vehicles from Price Ford of Simi Valley, and every experience has been nothing short of impeccable. What really sets this dealership apart is the personalized service and attention to detail. I've never been to a dealership where the owner (Mark) personally ensured that everything is going smoothly and that we were well taken care of. It’s a level of care that you just don’t see often in the car-buying world.
From the moment you walk in, the team is professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to finding the perfect vehicle for you. They make the process easy and stress-free, whether you’re purchasing a new Ford or browsing their used car selection. The staff is knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to answer any questions and make sure you get the best deal possible.
Price Ford delivers 10/10 service every time, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, this is the dealership you need to visit! Highly recommend! Oh and it’s super cool Henry Ford is the sales manager!

Every time I bring my Bronco in, they complete the work before the promised time Brian and staff are top notch, I wouldn't take my ford anywhere else

I have been getting my trucks serviced here for 20 years and I guess this year they implemented a credit card processing fee. Be aware! In a cashless society, I can’t believe Managment even allows this. They failed to tell me before I had over $1000 worth of services performed on my diesel that I would l be forced to pay a 3% credit card fee. Saddened to say, because of this decision by management, they have lost a long time faithful customer. Sucks because they do a great job too…..

Brian Leonard, the service manager at Price Ford Simi Valley, and his team, were efficient, communicative, and helpful and friendly. Each step of the service we were notified of the issues, the cost estimates ,and the time frame . We needed body work, realignment, new tires, steering wheel assembly repair-pretty extensive work. The car runs as if I just bought it. We have had multiple Fords/Lincolns and this new Price Ford service has been great, better than any of the previous owners. There is no doubt that we will always! Use this service dept for any car repairs.

As dealership service experiences go, Price Ford was about as good as it gets, on a recent rather serious problem with a 2023 Ford Maverick Hybrid.

I brought my truck in to replace a bad coil. They didn't even do a scan to confirm which coil was bad. Instead, they changed the easiest coil and charged me over $500 to do the wrong thing. Something I could have done in 20 minutes. They didn't do a scan on the engine or anything. They didn't clear the scan code and did the simplest of tasks without correctly fixing the problem. I would get better results from a shade tree mechanic.

Andres was great, very professional and had a really good and positive energy. Even though I was not ready to buy today he kept the same energy up and answered all questions with ease. I will definitely be returning to Andres and buying a car from him later this year. Give this man a raise!!!!!

Fox News was found guilty in federal court for lying to their audience and was forced to pay nearly a billion dollars for how damaging it was. Fox News still lies to their viewers, and their viewers are dangerously misinformed because of it. What does this have to do with Price Ford? Well, they like to play Fox News for their patrons, so Price Ford is responsible for misinforming their customers... and at least as bad... misinforming their employees.
I have nothing bad to say about their employees. Everyone I met was absolutely outstanding... but they're responsible for the "entertainment" they provide.
Edit #1: I forgot to say, they tried upselling me a couple of things I obviously didn't need. I just had a coolant flush at 50,000 miles. The truck is now at 60,000 miles. It absolutely doesn't need a coolant flush. They also said I needed new wipers. They're brand new wipers... to be fair, the wipers do streak... but that's because I just washed the truck and got wax on the windshield, and so it streaks a little... but that tells me that they didn't actually inspect the truck very well... at all... and just told me what they suspect it needed at 60,000 miles. If they said this to my grandmother or mother they'd be charging them for nothing, and most people can't afford to burn money for nothing.

I just drove by Price ford yesterday and went in because they advertised rebates on their 2023 loaner vehicles. When I went in to discuss the matter with a salesperson the advertised price was not honored on a lease and the salesperson told me of a lease incentive that they could honor which was significantly less. When I questioned the salesperson why they could not honor both the vehicle rebate and the lease incentive he told me that’s not how ford rebates work. I bought my last car from ford as a loaner and had lease incentives as well as loaner discounts on it too. When I was getting nowhere with the salesman I asked to speak with the sales manager and he told me there was no lease incentive. I told him his sales person printed out the paperwork for me that had the lease incentive cash on there. He denied it. I just said goodbye after this because it was getting me nowhere. They won’t honor their loaner discount amount and then they won’t honor what they quote me. I got told that every lease program is different and even if they did that in 2018 they aren’t doing it in 2024. Won’t be buying a Ford I guess too bad because I really liked my last one. Ford just lost themselves a customer.

MAKE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW!!!!! My car has been at the dealer since June 28th, it is now August 13th and have just received my vehicle. Initially my car was in service for brakes and calibers but was later told it was due to the electrical brake being engaged. I was quoted 1500 and 300 for the ebrake. The brake failed and another one was ordered. Mind you no communication had been mentioned to me and I had to take it upon myself to call several times throughout the day with no answer or call backs. It was later found that the abs module wasn’t working and that would be of no charge with price ford. By this time the car would be done by the week of July 8th. That wasn’t the case the part was on back order, again with no communication of this happening, I called and got the answer a week after. I spoke with Brian the service manager hoping for better communication, but that wasn’t the case as well. He answered none of my calls for two weeks. He mentioned he is waiting a response from Ford company to get my service reduced. Turns out my quote now is over 4k with a 2300 reduction from ford. They had sent a full service to ford but I wasn’t aware of the total quote. Turns out they had sent a quote with a car rental which I never received. I had to pay out of pocket for 3 weeks of car rental since my job requires me to drive. I had to pay 1300 out of pocket but they aren’t taking it upon themselves to reduce the abs module since they are saying ford company is taking care of it. When it was after the fact of finding out it was on back order. This ford had been restructured in the last couple years, but it needs another restructuring with the level of non existent customer service provided by the consultants and soon to find out from the service manager Brian. I called throughout a period of two weeks with no communication and gaslights me about the fact. Prices were changed to seem more of a discount on their end but ultimately I had never agreed. Hopefully this gave you an answer as to where not to service your vehicle. This is how the car was also given to me. They wrote the hi by the way.

Mark the service advisor did an excellent job communicating. My vehicle is 4 years old and has very low miles.I also purchased through ford the extended warranty. The phone in my car is not working I was told it needs a software update in order to fix it, The cost to me even with the extended warranty was going to be two hundred and fifty dollars. I do not feel like the customer should have to pay for software updates. How often do these updates occur and Why should the customer be responsible for paying out of their pocket. My vehicle took way too long to fix and after going to pick up my car after a week the dealer had lost my car.Keys.. The service manager literally said to me, in a rude tone. What do you want me to do?This is not the first time this is happened. And this will not be the last. They eventually gave me a loner car.Came to pick up my spare key and rectified the problem. But the rude attitude from the service manager was completely unacceptable.

I wanted to purchase an used Fusion Energi and reached out to them for an out of state purchase from California to Texas. We went back and forth for a couple of days on the price and I agreed to purchase the car.
Everything went well up to this point so I submitted my application to finance the vehicle(even though I already had approval from my bank).. they processed my finance application and came back with a very high interest rate so told them I want to use my bank instead of their lender..
Now the sales manager Henry(I had to call him multiple times) tells me that the owner is rethinking about selling the car out of state. At this point I already invested so much time and effort into this and I told them I will use their lender and refinance it with my lender later. So Henry agreed to continue the purchase and told me he will process the sale the next day(Friday)
On Friday I did not receive any update and I followed up a couple of times to reach Henry and was able to speak with him on Friday evening and he assured me that they will complete the sale next Monday..
I received a call on Monday afternoon from Henry telling me that their owner does not want to sell the car out of state. I have no problem with them on who they wanted to sell the car but Henry should have checked with their owner when initially reach out about the sale.
Wasting customers time and credit check and finally not selling the car is not a good business practice.
I hope your owner sees this review and values your customers better.
