Went into place for info on how it works with picking up bulk. I was not sure on what I wanted to do and was looking for some recommendations. This place, the men there look at everyone like they're stupid, very unapproachable. I will definitely be sending all my friends and family else where. My landscaper will not be getting his material from there. I was so disappointed because I was ready to spend some money. I've been a Simi resident for 50 years and this was my first time and last time here.

Unless you are buying boulders or stones you needed loaded into the back of your truck with a tractor you are better off going to Home Depot. Larger selection, cheaper prices and no return fees If you happen to buy too much of something or bought the wrong thing to begin with. Happy to take your money but definitely don't want to give it back.

Love these guys!We have been here a couple of times, once with a million questions and once to order.The guys that work in the office and in the yard are all incredibly nice, informative and helpful! The delivery was on time and seamless. Everything showed up, they placed it where we asked and everything was in tact.

Sent my guys to bring a small pickup filled with 3/4" gravel over the weekend. Ended up receiving gravel the size of peas all filled up with metal scraps. As I was using it under my horses, it took me an hour to clean it all out. When I went to the store, all they had to said was "do you want us to check every Rock". Not cool.

Ordered some Orco block and received 2 months later then promised. Delivery driver took pallets back and I was unable to receive my deposit back for the pallets. Hard to say anything good about this place. Unorganized and not computerized. I'm pretty disappointed.

I ordered material from this company twice and both times they were rude and unprofessional. The first time I figured they were having a rough day the second time I knew it was a real attitude problem. I've never had such a bad experience with a supplier before. Apparently they don't like to do business.

Totally surprised to see some 4 and 5 stars here. I went there few times, employees and the owner are not friendly at all, whenever I entered there they made me feel like why I am there. I stopped going there, I don't recommend this store at all. Not only that, prices are are almost double when compared to other stores.
