Simi Care Pharmacy is the epitome of professionalism. They are efficient, kind and do best by their patients/customers. This is my second time reviewing them because I feel compelled to after getting such great service. I've had so much trouble with big name pharmacies, especially Rite Aid. They argue with you, tell you a medication isn't covered by insurance is going to be a certain price, and then at SimI Care Pharmacy it is covered for a $5 copay. Every person here has been so kind and thorough, whether it's over the phone or in person. Truly a place where customer service still matters. I cannot recommend them enough.

Hands down, superior to any pharmacy I have ever used. The folks at Simi Care actually live up to their name … they truly CARE about what’s best for the customer. Since switching from CVS ( due to awful customer service) in 2022, not once have I EVER been treated with courtesy and total respect. I would never use any other pharmacy . It’s no mystery to me, why the large, out of touch companies are folding. This business requires a personal approach when dealing with customers and Simi Care is at the top of the list, hands down.

Asher is the reason why I come to this Pharmacy. Rite Aid is only 5mins away from me. Asher is the best! His staff also kind, friendly and helpful. I know Jackson is.

Asher is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He truly cares for his patients and I would recommend Simi care pharmacy to anyone looking for a great pharmacy.

I was recently referred here by a friend. I live in Northridge and they are in Simi Valley. I started having trouble with my pharmacy( a supermarket chain)not being able to obtain some of my medications.When I called they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to a long relationship.

If you have a phobia against needles, especially if the needle is going to be stuck in you, I've got a guy! at Simi Care Pharmacy, gives THE BEST shots ever. They are painless. We've been going to him for a couple of years now, for our vaccinations. We had both the Covid booster and the flu vaccines today. Easy Peasy. Thank you. - Gail and Steve Foster

Simi Care Pharmacy is awesome! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I had a new prescription from a doctor I see in the same building. I used to live in Simi and my doctor is still there. So now I bring my prescriptions to a Rite Aid by me in Santa Monica. Rite Aid told me that even generic version of my prescription wasn't covered by insurance. And they were super rude about it. I called them back to ask again and talked to the pharmacist this time. They echoed the same response as the tech, but at least offered me a coupon that would make a 30 day supply if my medication about $30. I figured that wasn't terrible as I needed the prescription. My doctor must of also sent the prescription to Simi Care Pharmacy because they called me saying that my prescription was ready. When I asked if it was covered by my insurance, they assured me it was and it would be $5 for a 30 day supply! I thought it was very odd that Rite Aid was so adamant that my medication wasn't covered by my insurance. And turns out it is covered. I owe a big thank you to Simi Care for being transparent about the price and getting me my medication at a fair price. Not only did they help me with this, but the guy who works the register/counter is so kind and friendly. I always look forward to picking up my medication there, unlike the very rude pharmacy tech at my local Rite Aid in Santa Monica. Simi Care is thorough, helpful, friendly and offers a level of service big box pharmacies do not.

In my experience, nothing is more valuable than being able to deal directly with an owner of a business Asher is the pharmacist/owner who does everything he can to accommodate his clients. He works with you. I would not entrust my health concerns to anyone else. Did I mention his prices are as competitive as any other pharmacy? Thank You.

I'm only giving this pharmacy a star because it's by default that I have to. In all reality, I wouldn't even do that. I've gone to this pharmacy three times. The first time I went to pick up my prescription. ( OZEMPIC/ PREFILLED) They gave me the wrong milligrams of my injections. Thank God. I read it and asked Dr. Shaw if that was the correct one since it was a new medication I was starting, my Dr. Told me to take it back and not to open it. They where given me 2g shots when my prescription said .25 mg (Ozempic/ prefilled) I had to go back and have them void it out. Asher mention he didn't have the .25 or .50 mg that it was the company who sent him the wrong order. He took no accountability of his own mistake. I should of know that this was we a huge red flag. I figured, everyone makes mistakes not a big deal. I let it go. Yesterday, I went in to pick up my Adderall because he is one of the few that had it. I have a really good insurance that covers many prescriptions. I normally have a $10 copay but when I went in Asher physically showed me the prescription/ pills and told me that he would cut me a deal but it had to be cash price. $250 but since I was local he would give me a deal for $180 for the pills. This made NO sense. Why not just run the insurance and do things the right way. I was pretty upset and told him thank you for wasting my time. I waited 35 minutes at pharmacy while he was supposedly filling them. Some stuff are not being done appropriately. I think he is taking ADVANTAGE of the Adderall shortage and using against patients that really need this prescription. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I travel from Moorpark to this pharmacy even though CVS is across the street. Why? Personal service. I get first class treatment and always feel their complete attention to any issue. Throw in their prices are the same or often less and it is worth the trip. Highly recommend.
