Car wash takes FOREVER!! Been here now 30 minutes and the car isn’t even washed yet. Then I gotta wait for it to dry. Every car that came after me has gone through. Find another car wash to go to if your time is valuable.

Ive been going here for a few years now and it seems like the quality of their service keeps declining. I paid for the express wax and left full of water spots and was told that would be an extra detail.

Not impressed! Standing at the gas station, right after the car wash, and I'm scratching bug or tree sap off the side of my truck. I look in the truck bed and it still has a bunch of leaves and debris that always collects in the bed of a truck. Why would they not vacuum that out. The workers stand on a step ladder to clean the top of the truck - There is no question they looked in the bed of the truck.

I rarely get my car washed. This has led to several instances of the words, “WASH ME” written in the dirt covering the vehicle. I tried to stop it by letting people know that it was a “SCIENCE EXPERIMENT – DO NOT WASH”, also written in the dirt.
Since neither phrase resulted in a clean car, I tried washing it myself. Apparently, my neighbors don’t want to see an old, fat, ugly guy in Speedos getting lathered up. At least the cops had a good laugh.
So, off to Simi Auto Care I go! I took the body out of the trunk (total waste of time, BTW – they don’t even open the trunk!) and pulled up during a slow time.
Seriously, they certainly do a better wash than the local drive-through, and the prices reflect that difference. After the car went through the washing tunnel, it was cleaned by hand by one of the several guys at the other end. Not only did he do a nice job finishing the process, but he was also quick, too. The car looks great! I drove it back home in style.
Although, in hindsight, I probably should’ve worn something other than the Speedos.

I was there at 4:30pm today, and they were very busy, but got me in and out quickly. They did a great job with both exterior and interior cleaning, and I was amazed that none of my mirrors needed to be adjusted afterwards. Highly recommend.

They got vomit out of my leather seats and now it looks brand new. I would have gave them 5 stars; but they moved my seat and my mirrors which is a huge no no for me. I'm very particular on how I set up my seat; but the interior detail I recieved was great. I even tipped a 20.
