My first impression of this apartment complex was that it was very beautiful and safe. I’m so happy that my boyfriend and I chose Shadowridge as our home. Somerville was the best she helped us every step of the way. Everytime I had a question she would always respond and it always felt like she was happy to help. Talking to her felt like talking to a friend. She is the absolute best

From the minute we toured the property the people and service have been amazing. Everyone is so incredibly helpful.Somerville kept us in the loop while we waited for the perfect unit and made sure our experience has been seamless every step of the way.Shannon went out of her way to grab a really important package that was delivered while I was out of town. The team really embodies customer service and we couldn’t be happier at Shadowridge!!

These 5 star reviews are fake and bought for. Management fails to do anything, instead, we get the "we'll look into it" or some other handbook excuse. I've counted numerous cars parking in residential lots WITHOUT a tag, they aren't guest but residents, who have extra cars. This takes away from those who DO have tags and have to park elsewhere outside of the complex. There are very few parking spots as is, but manager fails to go after her favorites. I was walking my dog the other day and seen a resident park in someone else's carport then the guy called her out and she went and parked in guest, um she lives here, she ain't a guest. People play musical car late at night and try (well do) get away with it. I work double shifts at the hospital, each time I come home, I see no tag vehicles in residential parking, DO your job management ! They care more about outside looks and leasing (by selling you lies) then the actual residents. No wonder so many are moving out vs moving in ! No parking, loud people, crime and shady utilities bills.

My boyfriend and I fell in love with Shadow Ridge the minute we saw it! We started our search 4 months before we had to move and this was the first and only place we looked at. Somerville greeted us and was down to earth and bubbly! She showed us everything and was very transparent from the beginning. Because of our experience touring with her and seeing the grounds we knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else. This is the best place for the price and peace! Closer to move in Shannon was also very helpful and knowledgeable and we liked how the service manager was cracking jokes with us. Shadow Ridge is 10/10

Shadow Ridge Apartments is not a community I would recommend for prospective residents. My experience with them has been characterized by a lack of transparency and a concerted effort to maximize financial gains during the move-out process. It appears that maintaining the property in pristine condition does not deter them from attempting to withhold all of the security deposit, plus more, even when not legally required. Their actions seem to be driven more by their own interests than genuine care for their residents. I would advise prospective tenants to explore other options that prioritize transparency and fair treatment.

Shadowridge is a great apartment community for so many reasons but I'd say the top one for me was the communication and responsiveness of the staff, both in the leasing office and any maintenance requests I had, which were few and minor in the year and a half I lived there. Somerville, Shannon and Erin were always available to address any questions or concerns, from my move in to the day I moved out and all the days in-between. It was always easy to get hold of someone and they were always so friendly and helpful, always following up with me, making sure any issues were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.Even though my apartment was one of the unrenovated ones, it was clean, fresh, bright and no unpleasant odors, everything worked and was well maintained. I like that they had two pools- I was closer to the smaller one, which seemed a little more private and the grounds are beautifully kept with lots of walking paths. Considering it was an apartment complex with lots of kids and families, I found it fairly quiet, with just the occasional incident of loud music or noise from other residents- however, the apartments themselves have pretty thin walls, I could hear whoever lived below me snoring, lol! And someone with a connecting wall using their blender early every morning. The worst was the apartment directly across from me- a typical family with small kids but constant visitors, gatherings with door slammings, talking loudly in the corridor between us and consistent trips up and down the stairs, which are loud and cause shaking of the walls in the adjacent homes. Being a quiet, homebody of a certain age that likes to relax in peace after work, I found this to be the most negative thing about living here; it's definitley not a 55+ community but hey, it's an apartment and about what one can expect in that regard. It's convenient to everything while still feeling private and I always felt safe living there, I liked that they have a security company on call for after hours (other apartments I looked at didn't), I never had any missing packages or car break ins, though I know that can happen anywhere. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Shadowridge to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!
