My son bought his bike in June and has beaten up his bike all summer. In three months he put 5000 miles on his ebike. The guys at Samson have taken care of him bumper to bumper. The customer service is unreal. They truly stand by there product. I can't recommend them any more.

Our department ordered an e-bike from Samson several months ago. We never received several parts of our order and the bike has completely stopped working despite minimal use. We have reached out numerous times to the company and have never received a call back or return email.

Had an emergency repair needed and Brad in service went out of his way to accommodate me. Live quite distance so he did the repair while I waited which really was nice. Bike is back in perfect order now, great service Thanks

Extremely happy with my purchase. I’ve been enjoying putting the bike through its paces. Learning what its limits are and my limits. Took the bike in for service after 100 miles and they We’re extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had the bike back within two days and I didn’t expect that at all. Very impressed with management and staff.

My wife and I rented a couple of e bikes in Newport Beach and decided to buy. After numerous road tests from different manufacturers, we discovered Samson e bikes in Simi Valley. Met the owner Steve and tested a fat tire bike and a front suspension style evolution. Bought them both, couldn't be happier. Samsung 48 volt battery, 750 watt motor, it really moves when you want. My job is 8 miles away and I haven't used my truck in weeks. Great exercise and lots of fun. Thank You Steve and Thank You Samson eBikes.

Beyond stoked on my new bike!! Super user friendly with a bunch of cool features. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what type of bike would be the best for the type of biking I’d be doing. They even loaded the bike in the car for me. These bikes make you feel like a kid again and it’s great!!

So far horrible customer service! I haven't even received my product yet and have called at least 6 times with several emails with no response back. Not a great way to make customer happy.Update.. the company finally got back to me and made things right.

I came in to see about a e scooter and Steve helped me out. He went over to different scooters and compared them with each other. I took some time to make up my mind and that I would come back. Next time I came, Zac helped me and and did a test ride. Both gentlemen had great customer service. Few days later I came back and purchased the Segway Ninebot Max scooter. Very fun to ride and would recommend it over the other scooters. Thanks again to the good ppl at Samson eBikes. Will be back to purchase my wife one.
