A case manager by the name of Anya just put their clients out on the Street with no where to go from the Premiere Hotel in Thousand Oaks in which client who has a history of going to the Emergency Room because he was on medication. This woman did not want to help this mother get housing while sacrificing sleeping in her while her children stay with family to get them back. This mother had an Emergency Housing Voucher Letter given through the Housing Authority and just needed a Referring Agency to assist her getting housed and Anya refused to accommodate her. She referred her to a room for rent with a couple who claim they were siblings but the client told Anya that wouldn’t work for her because she didn’t want a man that she didn’t know around her girls. Anya insulted this mother by telling her she was able to a few ppl through for Emergency Program through the Housing Authority. This mother was a part time worker and the Samaritan Center couldn’t accommodate her day off to shower. The gift cards and donations from the public didn’t support the need but the volunteers that helped at the Samaritan Center. Please for your own mental health don’t go here. Lastly, the State just gave billions of dollars for those that need to be housed and yet Anya was ppl vulnerable people on the street.

They're closed alot and are just not responsive. Left voicemails, heard nothing back. It doesn't seem like this company whoever they are is the right one to call if you need homeless or County services.

I friend asked me to drive her to this place, I didn't like what I saw the volunteers treat people bad with no respect an old men was kicking the boxes they use to put the food? they look at my friend like she didn't belong at that place, every single volunteer had something to say to my friend I think it was because my friend looked hispanic on top of that the food the give to my friend was pretty much bread old and expiredI don't get whats the point to donate expired food and on top of that had to deal with a horrible "good people" attitude. I should of talked my friend to the store to get her some groceries so she doesn't has to deal with this trashy "good" people.Shame on them.

We have donated used items to this place many times. All the volunteers we interacted with were very kind. They seemed to enjoy the work they were doing.

The volunteers they get are disrespectful n rude if anyone donates gas cards or anything else the volunteers get them most the time
