I have shopped at this Ross before and found the items to be ok. Unfortunately, this time around, I was quite disappointed. The lack of decent options for women and young womens clothing was baffling. The racks were a mess, and the signage was not really clear.
The bathroom had an overflowing toilet and stank really bad.
The place just felt messy. Like I said, I have shopped at Ross for many years and I am disappointed at the lack of care for the store. I hope it survives, we still need brick and mortar stores for quick items and for the ability to try things on

This place is always a mess. Disorganized racks, messy changing rooms, 2 caishers for 40 customers all waiting in line. DD’s is a better choice, dont come here if you dont want to wait in line for a half hour.

I hate that I have to leave negative review because I frequent this location however here we go… Around Halloween I purchased my daughter a pair of boots, when she tried them on at home she burst into tears. When I pulled her foot out of her shoe I discovered the tack part of the sensor was left in her boot and she stepped on it. I called the storemanager immediately he was extremely apologetic and took a report and had corporate call me within 2 business days. They advised they would retrain the staff and make sure they were extra careful, the were even kind enough to send a gift card to my daughter. Today 11/21 almost 1 month later I purchased a large living room rug. A gentleman who assisted the cashier in ringing it up was asked by the cashier “does it have sensors” to which he replied “no”. Once we got home and laid the rug out my mother walked across the rug and to our surprise and her pain she stepped on the tack end of the sensor?. Beyond frustrated I called the store manager again and he said he was filling another report. While I understand he can’t undo what’s been done it’s just infuriating that the two people I love most in the world could be injured because of someones negligence. Sometimes sorry isn’t enough.UPDATE!!!!!!Today is 12/5 and I am yet to receive a call from corporate. I guess I will have to stop in and speak to management in person

Just dropped in for Christmas shopping. What a mess.. shelves are just piled. No organization, there is a Indian guy up front who yells at you when your turn to go up to register. He acts like he's the manager, very impatient with all customers. This man has no place in customer service. He should be terminated!
