Would be nice if they posted online when they have the place blocked off due to confirmed birthday parties (especially on weekends) so you don’t waste your time driving there just to be denied. Other reviews state the same thing. Don’t waste your time coming here there are better operated places near by.

the toys and games are what they are, you're not going to get perfect cleanliness from a place that basically exists to let kids go crazy. My issue is with the lack of control that goes on and policing certain things. Parents need to do a better job of controlling their kids. my 1 year old should not be pushed off the spinning contraption by a much older girl and then hit by the same girl whos parents were nowhere to be found. i think the workers need to ensure parents remain observant and make sure the kid is accompanied at all times by their parent INSIDE the play area. (im talking to you, parent of short curly haired girl with bushy eyebrows.)

Nice place to bring the toddlers and young kids. If you are older than seven your not allowed to climb in the structure but to be honest if your seven I think your in the wrong place. For the break area in the back is nice it has a relaxing area for the adults (couch) and kid’s tables for eating. I would give it five stars but the bench tables in the back for the kids isn’t the best choice. We brought a group of young children and some were falling off the kids bench table. I would recommend having backs on the seats if it’s a chair or bench. Over all it’s a fun experience for the kids and that’s the idea.

I'll preface this by saying I've been to at least 5 different indoor playgrounds. A whooping 22$ for a 1 year old to play. There's an indoor playground in agoura hills with more stuff, cleaner, and friendly staff for 8$ a kid. Lady at the front had us waiting while you could see her eating in the back had her husband and kids there. Told us the rules didn't even bother to make sure I did the waiver. Which I didn't. It was a mess and watching the girl just sit on her phone instead of doing anything else made me so annoyed. They also do not let you climb on anything with your kids so if your baby can't get into a jump house or the playground by themselves they can't go on. The only good thing about this place was there wasn't huge kids running around, mostly babies. Would not recommend at all. The girl again wasn't even doing the bare minimum all the stuff was just everywhere and a mess. She told the rules and went on her phone. Terrible. Will not be back. Also I'm not cheap or stingy but charging 3$ for a mini bag of Cheetos, that's embarrassing. Scammers must be running this place. Save your money go to the agoura one for 8$

Just had my sons birthday party here today. It was PERFECTION!! The decorations were incredible. The kids loved everything rockin kids has to over. Four different moms stated they'd like to do their kids party here next. The staff is amazing, the place is CLEAN, couldn't say enough great things. Thank you thank you for making my sons spider man birthday the best ever!

Came here for the first time today with my 2 year old! Endless amounts of toys and activities to keep my daughter busy. Price is very fair, and she had a lot of fun, so we ended up buying a 5 pack admission to use next time. Thanks for keeping the place very clean and entertaining!

I have been bringing my Littles here for a couple years now, and I LOVE that re-did everything in here. So clean friendly staff, alot of new options to play with. TONS OF FUN!!

Yesterday 02/04/23 at about 3:30 we took our 4 year old granddaughter here for the first (and last) time. We had heard about this place from a friend at church who said it was ok and was good a couple of hours of play for the younger kids since they don't allow anyone to play in this area older than 7. I loved hearing that since Kids Empire, My Lil Town and other places like this are filled with older kids and they let them just run the place. So we were looking forward to a kinder, gentler place.I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. This was nothing close to what these places should be. It is so filthy and poorly run you can't even imagine. In the two hours we were there, I became consumed with noticing the two girls up front busy on their phones and not one time did they come into the play area floor to do any sort of cleaning or putting things back/away until they gave the 5 minute closing warning. You can see by the pictures this place is poorly run, filthy and utterly unorganized. What made it worse is the two bullies (both I'm guessing are pre teen and so obviously over the age of 7) were allowed to run and rule the play area, even though I went to the front, interrupted one of the girls on her phone to tell them about two different kids not allowing smaller kids to ride the merry-go-round unless they agreed to go "super fast". They didn't care and went back to their phones.Then we just decided to play away from the play area bullies. It was very clear they were the boss and I didn't want to start parenting them, as it isn't my job. No supervision was around for those two and they were not together or in the same party either. Well, the kitchen and store and dollhouse area was disgusting. Just sitting on the floor made me want to shower. All the doll's hair was so matted and so very gross. There was not a single item in the store area or the kitchen area and once we opened the door to the "pink Princess house" we could see someone threw everything in there (see the picture), you couldn't enter that either. This stayed that way the entire two hours we were here. Not a single employee was working the playroom to clean or put anything away. In this business, that alone needs to be a round the clock concern for all paying customers. They should have one attendant just for cleaning, wiping down and returning toys/items where they belong. Not here for sure. Like I said, this place is so ill cared for. There is duct tape on the floor everywhere, the rugs are curling at all ends causing a tripping risk for sure. Even the items to play with you can tell haven't been cleaned or washed in a very long time. You can feel the grime on them all.In addition, look at the children's couches behind the train (that also doesn't work), they're so filthy I wouldn't let my dog sit on them. I have one of these couches and their covers are easy to wash in the washing machine. This place doesn't care, and it is very obvious. I felt so dirty when we left and totally ripped off, even though the money isn't an issue, but it is when you feel that it wasn't anything that it advertises itself to be. This is shameful.

So much fun at Rockin' Kids this morning!!! They have so many options for my granddaughter to play on and play with! She could spend hours and hours here and never get bored. The staff is constantly cleaning and organizing! I would love to know how many steps they get in in one shift haha.

Had a kids party here and after wrapping up 3 or 4 party members were still in the building using bathroom and waiting in common area (no child was left playing in play area) and I was still charged for additional time. Not cool. Also I'm in a mixed race family and was told that some members of the staff were rude to my nonwhite family members
