The move in process was very smooth. The apartment was very clean. New paint and carpets were installed. All appliances were clean and tested before move in. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

I currently live in these apartments when I first arrived. I was just in shock during my inspection that nothing was renovated everything was still hear from the previous lease barely anything was cleaned we had to re-clean the apartment fake hardwood floors had scratches even before we moved in as we inspected. The fridge also had/has scratches. Also, the washer and dryer had melted crayons inside it you can also tell where the walls got repaired with drywall paste, Also the gates always somehow get jammed or break and stays open 24/7! (10/16/2021 events took place)
I also recently got told by a neighbor that his catalytic converters got stolen mind you! We live in a “gated community” yet there’s tagging ‘s there’s also theft homeless crackheads. (2/23/2022 events took place)
Also, the yardI/decron card service sucks excuse my language, but it does! I can't even get my bank account verified. im trying to make the payment on time yet nothing is working on this damn cheap a** website! the GATE IS ALSO STUCK OPEN I GOT PERSONAL PROPERTY STOLEN YET RENT IS SO OVERPRICED AND LAST MONTH THE SVPD FOUND A DEAD PERSON NEXT TO RIVERSIDE APARTMENTS!! (11/12/2021 events took place) This all happened on the first month I moved in and so far nothing has changed! I also got mugged coming home from work around 10pm and this was my first month here back in 2021 there is police reports on that incident.
I also got my car damaged by their coworkers maintenance crew or whatever.(8/15/2023 event took place)
also, i got told that this isn't home or wouldn't be considered my home it's just a place to rent I quote got told today (9/11/2024 event took place.)
for how much we pay on the lease trust me it isn’t worth that! please be cautious if you have family or friends that live out here, please ask them about these apartments before choosing to move in.

Welcome to ROACH RANCH! The complex is infested with German roaches. The office never solved the problem so they let you live under a health hazard. Not just that, but the office is lying about maintaining the apartments. Sent an email about vents but never checked our apartment. The wooden floor in the apartment was rotten and falling apart. This is the WORST place I have ever lived in. After a year living there it was enough for us. No proper service and yet they have the nerve to demand more than $2,000 for a one bedroom apartment. Pay rent for a place that deserves your money!

MJ & Carrie made the move in day very fast & simple! The complex is quiet, maintenance responds quickly to any work orders. Parking is a bit of a struggle, but the office works with you to move around if needed. Very pleased overall with the experience.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We have moved to many places over the years and so far this one was the worst!! GERMAN COCKROACH INFESTED!!! We would get sprayed time and time again but of course it would not work since the whole place is infested!! When you read the reviews and think you’re fine, you’re not. Believe them!! We didn’t and got ourselves into this horrid place. Maintenance is nice and the jacuzzi was nice but half of the time it wasn’t working.
It is scary to walk around here especially at night. We had to be chaperoned walking around here. Don’t walk around here at night especially if you’re a woman. There are drug deals, strange people, and crime here. People often linger on the balcony’s and cat call or whistle at you.
Our WASHING MACHINE flooded and NEVER WORKED!! They replaced it with another 20 year old washing machine and there was always something wrong and my clothes always stank!! So embarrassing!! We even went to the laundromat a few times because of this predicament! Our issues never were resolved.
On the night we left there was a huge gang fight. 30 people were all gathered and beating up someone. We honked our horns and the police were already there at the apartments from some other ordeal and they came by from the noise. All of the gang members scurried and it was terrifying.
POLICE ARE HERE ALL THE TIME. At least twice a day.
The WALLS ARE SO THIN we heard everything upstairs, to music, conversations, and loud thumps that keep you up at night. There is no compensation and not to mention the INSANE PRICE they are asking for.
MOLD! The bathrooms have mold and they did nothing.
STENCH! BEWARE OF the weird funky smell! That stench stays forever and you smell it everyday. That stench is apparently from the roaches. Heed these words.
It was so MISERABLE HERE. I would rather live in my car than live here!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Worst place ever to live. You will go insane.

High Rent, Rudeor oblivious neighbors. Some people are very friendly, while others and management don't care about you, your family, or their complex. Care about your money. Broken gates, dirty pools/ spas, AND I LOVE THE YEARS OF BLACK MOLD that have been covered UP BY YEARS OF REPAINTING AND RESELLING THEIR APPARTMENTS! Pretty sure that's a safety hazard. If you like privacy, speak quietly in your apartment. I can be in the parking lot, and her conversations with my family. The Black mold was never handled properly, and guess what comes back. LOW staff and increasing rent prices for NOTHING! Get out while you can - SAID BY A POLICE OFFER THAT COMES ALMOST ON THE REGULAR.....WTH?! That will be 2600 for a 1 bedroom. If you have to move here and is your only option. Buy an upstairs, as I type this, I can hear EVERYTHING. There is NO sound damper on the hardwood floors upstairs, and you pray they are considerate. I can hear the negotions on the asking price? So yeah, NO Privacy. ALSO their appliances are so out date that maintance cant fix my microwave, and have yet to even replace it. They told me we will have to wait till same model breakdowns down in another apartment to replace a parrt.... Cheap. My washer! I wonder how much mold and dirty is there I have cochroaches throughout the kitchen and my front door has like a half inch to the outside world..... Is this hell???? Like is everywhere going to be 2,500 + and still feel like going Homeless or in a RV is better at this point in CA....
