Their cashiers are so lovely and helpful. The staff in the pharmacy is also beneficial and helpful. There is also a lot of parking!

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been trying to support Rite Aid since you're having problems. I went to the store shopwf around for my items went to self check out. I accidentally scanned a bottle of water twice so I removed it from my cart, and it said wait for assistance There five minutes while the cashier was on the phone and helping other people then and ignoring me completely. Finally, I just left will not be back. Good luck you're going to need it.

If I could give this place ZERO star i would. Aside from it being so overpriced I had the unfortunate experience of racism at this place. I came in today at 9 PM to grab some melatonin and the lady that was alone in the front working in the cash register I did not get her name but she has strawberry blonde hair, was attending a older gentleman before me, and as soon as I stepped into Line, she was giving me these glares, and would not stop giving me the stink face, and just the overall looks she was giving me. When it was my time to check out, she acted all fake and was trying to laugh and everything trying to erase the first impression she had of me. I will not be coming here anymore. I don't know what your problem is lady but if you're going to be ignorant as hell leave that at home and do not bring it into your workplace

I am a regular at Rite Aid and usually get okay to good service when I go. Nothing out of this world but some of the staff are helpful and respectful. One man is especially personable. That all changed today, when I headed in there, after buying my groceries from Vons, simply to buy my children some toys they had seen there a few weeks prior. As I approached the cash registers, I noticed there was no one there to ring me up. I stood first in line for a few minutes. I noticed there was someone being served ice cream. The staff working the ice cream area didn't acknowledge me at all. So I decided to head to the self checkout (which I hate because I've had issues with glitches before). Lo and behold, today was no exception. The scanner is so sensitive that it scanned a $12 dollar toy twice. I managed to remove the item but it still prompted a staff member to log in a password. I stood there waiting for a cashier that never arrived. I then remembered seeing the ice cream shop person while waiting in line for a while and so I asked her if anyone was working the cash register today. She looked up and snarkily said "no, you're JUST gonna have to wait." Her tone and the rolling of the eyes was completely uncalled for. My young kids noticed it too. I was confused since I merely asked the question once. I didn't even think SHE would be the one to ring me up. I thought there was someone else around that hadn't noticed my presence yet. I appreciated that she apologized while ringing me up but that was no excuse for her treatment of me and my children. And i let her know that she didn't need to be snarky with me. It was just very odd how someone could respond like that to a customer. A simple "no, im the only one here today" would have sufficed. On that note, this Rite Aid definitely needs to better staff the store. The line forming behind me got quite long. It was like 10 minutes without a cashier.

I paid for 3 $25 Amazon gift cards and only got 2 of them. Seriously Saturday night cashier around 8pm. You suck because that was a gift for my son early Sunday from the Easter bunny. Now I have to go back Sunday morning and figure out what happened and why I paid for something I didn't get.

Moving my prescription to this location was convenient but the staff has been so pleasant and helpful. Michael goes above and beyond to help me with my monthly prescriptions. The ladies and really kind and caring as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

If I could give zero stars, it would be zero. I've been getting my prescription filled at Rite Aid for two years. Reena the girl working in the pharmacy tells me my prescription will be ready in 30 minutes. I wait 30 minutes and go up to the counter. Rena calls me over and says the temp pharmacist does not want to fill your prescription because it's a controlled substance. First of all, it's Ambien a sleeping pill. Second of all I've been getting it filled at that pharmacy for two years. I have to drive all the way to the other side to see me after wasting 30 minutes of my time and now $10 worth of gas because of the incompetence of whoever the moron is Jesse. Apparently that is the temp pharmacies name, and she must be an absolute moron. corporate will be getting a call on this one.

Pharmacy services are really good. I had been there many times for flu shots and prescriptions refill and the service was always good

Kay from the pharmacy is really rude, You can tell she hates her job. I called at 9 am to placed a RX for a patient. She has not patience , I asked her if they were located at LA avenue and Yosemite and her answer was ... I have not idea I dont know. Please replace your pharmacist. No good customer service at all.
