Just switched to State Farm in fall of last year for both our home and auto coverage. When Randy found out that one of our car's catalytic convertor had been stolen, he contact the State Farm claims department and was able to get us a check for the repairs right away. I was totally blown away by his helpfulness! His assistant, Stacey, is great, too.

Randy and Charlane Harano are the best insurance agents! For the past 35 years I have used them for our home, our cars and our business. Whenever we have had a problem, they solve it and often get us a better resolution than we thought possible. They are always available to help and always looking for ways to help you save on your insurance. That's truly refreshing. They have an outstanding knowledge of all aspects of insurance and will always find the best coverage just for you. I have never had any problems with them and I am a loyal customer. I've been using Randy and Charlane's State Farm office for almost four years now. I've been with SF for almost 20 years so I get pretty deep discounts. Overall I am very satisfied with this office and especially with Charlane and Randy. They are top-notch and very attentive and responsive to whatever your insurance needs are. Anytime I call, I reach them immediately and they answer or resolve any of my insurance needs. Five stars hands down!

Randy is an excellent agent. He and his staff are very attentive and helpful to my needs. When I moved into the area Randy brought us a dozen doughnuts and my daughter a stuffed animal. Any question I've had about State Farm Randy is always helpful in answering. I have been told by many other people in the community that he is always going above and beyond what he is expected to do. Would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a good reference.
