It runs very hot and very cold here. Sometimes super smooth, sometimes the complete opposite. You have some incredibly warm and personal people and you have another that is brash and crass. It seems to go unchecked as it has been going on for quite a long time now. Place always seems understaffed. Quest is too cheap to pay a receptionist. tv is pretty loud / overbearing. Otherwise the place is great Parking is ok.

The new way they do things is absolutely AWFUL!!!! I have not been in there in a few years now. The contact less check-in is great, but when you walk in the tv screen, it states to have ID ready. My son did not have it, so I drove home and back to find he didn't need it. The lack of staff is terrible, and when I went to try and get him some water, I had to knock 4 times (hard) to get someone to come out. They let me back to get him water, and they were NOT busy at all. This was the worst service ever.

This is a follow up message to my previous complaint. It was a bit difficult to reach the corporate office at Quest, regarding my issues, but I eventually did find a way. After sending corporate an email I received a quick response from Cindy Johnson saying that my issue would be forwarded to one of their district supervisors. I was also left a phone message and I ended up calling them back. The manager for this region was Ruben, who was quite helpful. He was responsive, apologetic and resolved my issue immediately. He also arranged for a young lady named Gisele to be at the location to take my sample. Both of them were quite pleasant to deal with. I guess this was an isolated incident and the particular employee in question, is now being given some guidance and education as to how to appropriately deal with patients. A good bedside manner is highly important in this kind of position and also the ability to give proper instructions. Again, I highly appreciate the superb service given by Cindy, Ruben and Giselle. They quickly resolved my issue.

They have the bedside manner of a porcupine in heat. My wife went to get a blood test she walked in at 4:13 they close at 4:30 they say walk-ins welcome. They sent her away summarily after she waited and rather than being kind about not being able to accommodate her they basically said she shouldn't have come in and they chastised her for it and said come back when you can make an appointment she's already dealing with enough having to get tests for surgery they didn't need to have to add insult injury one would think that in the medical industry they would show some sensitivity and try to at least accommodate with kindness which seems to be sorely lacking in this establishment. To quote my wife I'll never go back there by the way she ended up in tears

Poor customer service provided by one of the phlebotomy techs. The tech knew who I was based on my pre-check in drivers license yet when I didn't reply to my name being called she removed my name from the checked list. The tech was very argumentative when called after I called her out. The tech had another tech take my sample which I bled unnecessarily, I'm not sure if this was a get even thing or not. Buyer be ware.

Unbelievable how corporate greed is spreading across America. I had to have my blood drawn on two separate occasions at quest diagnostics in Ojai California. In both instances there was absolutely no one at the counter. There was a self check in touch screen display that was having malfunctioning issues. There was probably 10 people sitting in the waiting room and a poor elderly woman was yelling for help into the hallway because the touchscreen was not working for her. I sat there for over 20 minutes and absolutely no one came to her assistance. On both occasions, when entering into the back room to have my blood drawn, I noticed that there was only one person working in the entire facility. In addition to that being a safety hazard in my opinion, that is nothing but pure corporate greed! Big fat thumbs down to greedy quest diagnostics !

ELIZABETH IS THE BEST! I am a very difficult blood draw so going to the lab is stressful. The other Quest lab in Simi Valley was unable to successfully draw blood after three attempts so I decided to try this office. The appointment system is easy to follow and I didn't have to deal with a human until the lab tech called my name. The first tech made two attempts which were unsuccessful and then she called Elizabeth who did the job perfectly! Everyone was very nice here and both techs were fantastic

Even with an appointment it's a headache. Staff is completely incompetent and very mean. Macy was the most rude disgusting person I have ever met. Save yourself the headache and use primex right next to the building.

If i could give a 0 star, i would. Worst administration ever. A lot of issues with management skills. No sign of a warning that it is based on appointment not walk in, very inconvenient. No receptionist or nothing.

Went fasting for blood withdrawal, the lable printer did not work to print my informations . I am not sure how they separate the others blood work with each other .She did wrote with ink which was smeared . I go there couple of times a year .This facility is closest to me .. My blood got withdrawn BUT NOT SURE if get handle properly !! sad if I have to repeat this unpleasant process!!!

Made an appointment online and arrived a little early. Check in was easy and they took me on time. Technician was professional and friendly. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Plenty of open seating at the time I arrived. Only negative was it took several days to get an appointment at the time I needed,

Very easy for this old man to do. Called a few days before and made a reservation ( easy ) for Tuesday at 1:10 arrived at the office before 1pm and it sent a message to my phone that I can check in just by responding, hit the button . Within about 10 minutes or so I was giving my blood and off I went. The gal was very nice and professional. ??

Out of all the Quest labs I have been to for lab draws - this location is by far the best!!! It makes it so convenient to be able to go on-line and schedule an appointment to get blood drawn. Checking in was a breeze. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time and the lab tech was amazing!!! Her name is Ivonne and she provided outstanding customer service and her phlebotomy skills are impeccable. I am not an easy stick and she got it on the first attempt. I didn't even feel the needle going in. The parking is easy breezy. The whole experience was 10/10.

This location is now a "Primex" branch and not a Quest Diagnostics. Service is horrendous. Staff is inattentive, disorganized, unaccommodating, and unfriendly.
