I have been a customer here for about 6 or 7 years I want to say. And I think that Jeff and his family are just the sweetest most helpful people! In the last several years I have watched their business grow from a small post office into one of Simi's most warm caring family owned businesses. I love everything about this place from the old fashioned candy, the new beautiful oil burners, and the purple walls pirate theme! You are all so pleasant and helpful! “I stopped by this FedEx Office location to drop off a package to be shipped out. I already paid for the label ahead of time to speed up the process. I found parking easily in the front beause I came in the morning but this office is in a big plaza so you'll find a parking spot here. The store is not that big but it works for the locations. I only spent like at most 5 minutes in the store because I walked in, went straight to the counter, the worker scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have stuff you can buy from the store if needed but I think it's cheaper elsewhere.”
“Needed passport photos for a Canadian passport renewal. Called Mike and he said walk ins were fine. He has everything setup, knows the dimensions needed (different than US passports). Picture taken, printed, stamped and out the door in 10 min!”
“The owner is so kind. I found him on Yelp and he fit me in on short notice. I'm sure he can't always do that, but I was super grateful. His shop is clean, filled with hard workers, and he took the time to decide fonts and gave his best advice for embroidery vs. print. I recommend him for personal work as well as mass production work because he showed examples of current projects and it's evident that they produce quality work. I came to him for a personal bridal gift where I wanted a sweater embroidered with the last name as well as "bride". Couldn't be happier!!”

“I stopped by this FedEx location to drop off a package that was due for overnight delivery. I came to this location because it's near my work and there a cut off time for overnight delivery. I found parking easily since they weren't busy at 12pm. I walked inside and it did take a couple of minutes for a worker to help me. The process was easy, they just scanned the barcode and give me my receipt. They have a printing area here and the store is a pretty decent size.”
