Yesterday my mom and I opened up an account. The representative (Anthony) helping us was exceptional! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the various types of accounts that are available. It was a great first impression and I look forward to banking here for years to come.

I have been a member with premier for over 10 years and have never had to complain but unfortunately I have to now. I am so glad that the Tapo location is open again so I never have to go here again and see the manager Catalina . She is very rude and unprofessional. I think branch managers should make you feel welcome and not make derogatory comments on your personal appearances Also managers should be working with members not just standing around talking employees about nonsense. I am very disappointed in the management but not at the other employees I always have a great experience with noemi . Every time I went in she was the only ones ever working , I feel bad that they have to work so hard to pick up the slack for the manager.

I've had to go to this branch since Premire made the genius decision to close Tapo and cram everyone into one branch during a pandemic,, Smart, right? Well, during this time I had the unfortunate opportunity to see how worthless the "manager" Catalina is, I honestly have no clue how she got this position or WHO hired her to manage anything when she knows absolutely NOTHING about anything, She is however brilliant at passing the blame or ignoring any situation no matter how minor it may be, She's also rude and condescending, which is obviously a tactic to hide how little she knows about banking and it's daily operations. I did however have the pleasure to be helped by Victor who is unfortunately under the worthless manager Catalina , I hope to see him at another branch soon because I will never step foot in the Town Center branch as long as that so called "manager" Catalina is there. She must have friends in high places.

Customer service is superb. Always friendly. Answers all my questions and at times suggested things about my accounts. I am 2 hours away but I would never change from this credit union.

This branch took the time to correct the situation that I was having. Sierra G. is an exceptional person who deserves all the praise for being an exceptional banking representative. She sets the gold standard for the best customer service. Her boss should commend her and provide a raise!!!! and a vacation!

I just called in to this wonderful branch and spoke to the most courteous lady . I'd like to give a shout out to NOEMI. She was so nice, so professional, so inviting, and just overall the best banker in the universe. Most bankers are robotic and don't care about the customer. But NOEMI address all my banking needs and took care of my concerns in a timely manner. The phone service here was great. I previously called other branches and they never answer the phone right away. I guess they were busy , but I needed something taken care of right away. And NOEMI made my day. I've never physically been to this branch , but I will be visiting this branch sooner than soon. If you bank here, please give this location your service. I'm sure and most positive you will obtain the best service ever. : )

We went to the banks Town Center branch in Simi Valley on Saturday and received terrific customer service by Victor. He very patiently assisted us with some online banking issues my Mom was having. Another associate supervisor was also quick to assist as well. I wish had gotten her name as well

They take advantage of peoples needs...adding fees that then are taken off log after being paid and never shown again.... And after that they cancelled the card.. they always want more money ✌️ its a good bank its just sad to see that we gotta agree to their terms and people with little power which they can use to help only use it to benefit their pockets...

I went to their local branch in simi to report that my husband had passed and I needed to take the loan over. They took a copy of the death certificate and promised to call me later because they didn't know what to do. They called me a couple of days later to tell me that my options were to refi the truck, trade it or pay it off but they did give me 30 days. So much for taking care of their clients when they are grieving the loss of their spouse. I wouldn't never use them again. The truck was been paid every month. I was just trying to do the right thing. And the extra 30 days they "gave me", its because we made extra payments. Never AGAIN!

I love walking into a business where every employee has a smile on their face and love their job. Every employee is always willing to help and answer all my questions. The tellers are always to nice especially Warner. They are always so nice to my daughter and they go out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Chelsey Briggs is amazing. She is very thorough in explaining all steps of a loan. She is very nice and a true professional. If you are looking for a business you can trust with your money this is the place to visit.

Ever since I joined this Credit Union, I have had horrible experiences from them. The process to get my auto loan finalized took over 3 weeks. The team member who helped me in the process, Chelsey Briggs, made constant errors. She had a horrible sense of humor and a bad attitude. The bankers spoke about who would get the credit for my loan in front of me and made me feel like I was just a number. Even though Jessica from the Chatsworth branch initially "helped" me start up an account, nothing was set up after two weeks. I had to constantly take time off work and go from branch to branch to give them documents they forgot to ask me for. I had to constantly call them to get any updates even they said they would reach out. It usually takes more than 30 to an hour to reach any one. I understand they are a small bank, but I would expect them to compensate their slow operational process by providing a great customer experience, which I was not given at any of my visits. Overall, I am very disappointed in this credit union because it made me feel unvalued and like a burden to them.
