A tree fell on my house. They day of the incident I couldn't get a hold of them. A week later and no call even after I talked multiple times to his office secretary. I had to transfer my policy to another State Farm agent to get any help. For how much money I pay for insurance you would think that if anything should happen they would be there for you. Phillip Hernandez was not. I suggest you go to another agent.

I called Phil regarding my Home insurance. He did a great job explaining my options, and gave me far better coverage then I had with my last Insurance Company. He is always easy to reach, and very easy to communicate with. I had such a great experience I called back a few months later and transferred all my cars over as well. Do yourself a favor and give him a call!

Friendly and helpful staff, my whole family is insured with State Farm and we never had a problem, I recommend this agency to anyone. State Farm your The Best. Thank you for Insuring and giving us a piece of mind.

Was supposed to have a payment process by Genesis when I called back in may to start a policy. l called the office, left voice messages on her cell phone. Nothing back. Calling the office today to find she had gone on vacation. I recieved no follow up at all and now the rate is higher as of this month. That's highly unprofessional.
