“Simi Care Pharmacy is the epitome of professionalism. They are efficient, kind and do best by their patients/customers. This is my second time reviewing them because I feel compelled to after getting such great service. I've had so much trouble with big name pharmacies, especially Rite Aid. They argue with you, tell you a medication isn't covered by insurance is going to be a certain price, and then at SimI Care Pharmacy it is covered for a $5 copay. Every person here has been so kind and thorough, whether it's over the phone or in person. Truly a place where customer service still matters. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I have been to different pharmacies, but this Walmart Neighborhood Pharmacy is so unique with the way they serve their customers. They greet you by your name with a sweet smile. They make you feel comfortable. I could feel their sincerity, they are always ready to help, they treat you just like you are their family. Harvie Simon is an excellent manager and an inspiration to his staff. Cameroun is super sweet, nice, fast, knowledgeable and very helpful as well as Adrian and Melody. “Awhile back my son needed a RX that our big corp pharmacy didn’t have. I called around to a few places before finding RxPoint, they didn’t have it on hand but the Pharmacist stated he’d put it on his next order and it would be here within a day or two. “I had been having a very difficult time getting a prescribed medication at the big corporate pharmacies. A friend had mentioned Golden Life and I popped in to give them a try. The service was incredible! The staff is so kind and patient and really wants to help. The pharmacist in charge was amazing and went out of his way to help me get my medication the next day. They offer delivery if you need and are absolutely amazing. They have won my business moving forward. Great hidden gem here in Simi Valley!”

“First time coming in today which was suggested by the urgent care doctor at Sierra Vista, he claimed that my pharmacy has been running out of Rx's and he said it would be better for me to go here - took his advice and I'm happy I did!First off, the moment I walked in the employees greeted me warmly, Elijah was quick to take my information and told me it would be a few minutes. The Rx the doctor prescribed was out of pocket and the team went out of their way to call back the doctor and ask if they could give me a generic Rx so that my insurance could cover it. I mean WOW, they really did not have to do that but they did and I am so grateful for that due to my current financial situation.To make matters even BETTER they also gave me COVID tests for free which was such financial help because this weekend we had to buy some and they were not cheap! (Not saying they give everyone free COVID tests, so don't go in there asking for freebies because you see my review. Not advertising just appreciating my experience!)This place may be tiny, but their customer service is amazing way better than any other major pharmacy I have ever been to! I wish this pharmacy the best, and again thank you so much for making me feel better. You guys rock!”
“I had a flat on tire purchased recently from Costco. Staff was helpful, friendly. Road hazard coverage kicked in to replace new tire after its found not repairable. Great service! I will definitely buy tires from Costco again.”

“Honestly, it was the best pharmacy I have ever used anywhere. They were so helpful with making sure I could get my insulins I needed by ensuring my correct discount card was updated and stayed that way when we had a single issue with my first one not working after only using it twice! Staff was just so nice here, at least with me and I so appreciated it. I’d be picking up the insulin, or things for my mom and when I would go out of town, my mom was able to pick it up for me so that I wouldn’t miss the refills and not be able to get the insulin in time.”

“This review is for the Photo department. I just wanted to apologize to Amber for giving her an attitude for a poster board that I got printed here. I misunderstood her explanation and was frustrated. She showed exemplary customer service and still held her professionalism with me. She was able to resolve my issue with the posters and made it her goal to have me leave in a better mood. That you Amber for being patient with me when I didn't deserve it. Amber is the primitive example of going above and beyond. Thank you again for taking the time with me.”
“I stopped by this Walgreens to drop off a FedEx package. All Walgreens store allows you to drop off FedEx package. I found parking easily since I came in the morning so they barely had any customer in the store. When I went to the photo area, there was no one there so I press the Need Help button which I think was the best addition they added. When you press the button, it will announce on the PA that you need help at whatever department you're at. After I dropped off my package, I went to look for a baby shower card but they didn't have one in the store. The customer service I received here this morning was fine.”
