I really appreciate their staff: Robert, Ginger, Krysten (?), Cody, etc...I went in to purchase oil and Robert informed me that my car required a specific type of oil not available at their store.He referred me to the a particular website.That level of customer service and honesty is important to me.

Not the best at customer service here. When shopping for a headlight bulb I was directed to the section but as a female I needed some help which was ignored. I tried my best to find what would work but left and went to Auro Zone on Sycamore Dt that has top notch customer service! Walked me to the section and showed me what I needed and went to the register and took my payment. Quick easy and painless.

Piss poor customer service. Went in there and 4 employees looked at me. Not a single one offered any help whatsoever. Grabbed what I needed, went to the register to check out. After the transaction I said "have a nice day" and the cashier responded "mhmm". First off, if you aren't happy with your job or your life, don't take it out on the customer through a lack of customer service. It's astounding to me how many businesses locally offer piss poor customer service. This was the first time i visited this store location and I can promise you it's the last time.

My husband was looking for synthetic oil, One O'Reilly's called this store to ask if they had the proper kind. They said yes and verified type. My husband drove from Thousand Oaks to the far end of Simi BECAUSE they said they had it. The guy said "sorry man I thought that was synthetic". Wasted gas and time!

I won't buy parts anywhere else. They have a huge inventory and if they don't have what I need they get it that day or the next day. I enjoy shopping there. I can count on them for all my needs.
